PuGs are usually good. Except for one i had last night.
First of all he had such bad english i didn't understand a word he was saying "da AV iz ere" stuff like that. wondered if he was russian he said "da" alot, like infront of every thing... da boss, da av, da mission...

Figured i'll just ignore him, then he proceeded with the mission, which was clockwork king one, he dashes off to clockwork king to solo it, died in half a second, then i see a buncha lines in caps, no idea what he meant to say. (Da tp ??). anyway, next i know he's spam inviting level 50's, to kill a lvl 43 AV. when most the 50's go in, they just turned around, quit and left. heh. So did i.
I wonder if he managed to kill the AV evetually.

Real life scenario is this. Person A hands the keys to his house to Person B. Person B uses the keys to unlock the house and take anything he wants from there. Person A is baffled and outraged and called the police, when they ask how person B gained entry person A replies: "Oh i gave him the keys to my house." SG mode will let you pick up base salvage. Has no impact on invention salvage. All salvage will go to you. It's upto you if you wanna put the base salvage into the base or keep it and use workbenches to make buffs and such for yourself with it.

I used a RAID 0 awhile back. I go ahold of a controller card for cheap money and i had two identcal harddrive before so i decided to give it a try. Not *too* hard to setup, the manual was pretty easy to understand. Worked fien some 6-months or so, then one harddrive failed, and i lost so much data i actually cried a little... my screenshot collection from my everquest days with over 4000 screenshots catalogized >< Also lost my collection of fantasy art i had downloaded over severals years off the internet on a [censored] dial up connection, was over 1000 art pieces ><

So from now on i'm not touching RAID 0 with a ten foot pole!

My one shot still avatar is 25k or so...

I've played MMOs for a long time and i've seen servers coming down with no warning at all in other games. Or known exploitable bugs which ruined the game and despite knowledge kepts servers up, then next day patch to fix it and roll back a days worth of playtime.

So yea... you did good!

I like the idea of having access to US servers and being able to play there. I don't wanna leave the EU servers and my friends there. But i would love to have access to the US and the option to play there without having to pay double... tho more like 50% more since dollar is cheap now

those who want the badge will heal to that amount so they get the badge, weather it's 3 or 4 badges.

Yeah, cause it takes 1 second to realise there an error, then another second to push the auto fix button.

It prolly took an hour or two for em to realise the error, then a couple more hours to work on the fix, test the fix so it actually does work. Then coordinate the server downtime to apply said fix.

They really don't sit there and twiddle their thumbs... "oooh now Alphane is doing a Tf, lets pull em down to apply the fix".

Emergency updates are just that... emergency. Which means they will pull the servers down as soon as they can to apply the fix. Now i can understand the frustration while being in a TF. But you can always get together again after the downtime.
