I concur, brutes are easy to solo, and one of the few ATs which can be fun solo.

I currently have two brutes. my signature char Sapphic Neko who is Dual Blades/Willpower, she can hold herself quite well. My second brute is Energy melee/Electric armor. She has a completly diffrent feel to her, she feels more like... SMASH SMASH SMASH! where Sapphic Neko feels more like a lawnmower just cutting everything down in her path.
Both are mad fun tho!
I think Energy Melee / Willpower would be a pretty nice combo too.

Masterminds bore me mostly I get tired of using 1-2 powers then sit and watch my pets. The mastermind char i like most is my Thugs/Dark, she havn't taken any pet powers and is just using her twin guns and debuffing/healing. Play her more like a defender than a mastermind really. And on a personal note, i dislike teaming with more then one mastermind in the team, maybe two if one of em have ranged pets. As a brute it's frustrating getting pushed by pets, so hard to line up my cones well with a bunch of pets in my way.

I did a little experiment on a lowbie of mine. Without transferring cash from my higher levels, by just selling salvage and recepies and then place low bids on ready made enhances i was able to fully IO myself with lvl 15's when i was lvl 12.
Would've cost me 10 times more if i would've made em myself.

Well yeah. It's really my playstyle, cause since when i miss i abort the combo and wait until powers recharged and restart it. So i lose fury when i miss!

I think most of us are still waiting on that list with great anticipation. Lionsbane might very well be our new prophet of doom!

As a brute you want to hit your target, two accuracy SO in all your attacks is pretty much a must, you get no fury if you miss. 2 ACC 3 DMG and then 1 RCHG or 1 ENDRED in the 6th slot depending.

On Sapphic Neko i have all attacks except Nimble Slash and taunt. I use two combos solely.
Attack Vitals and Sweep then use Blidning Feint in between for a lil dmg and tohit.
Her secondary is willpower, but i've taken every power in that set save fast healing. And managed to fit in both fitness and fighting pool as well as a travel power. And with that many powers and pool, there's no room for a patron pool, but i took the cone tentacles from ghost widow pool just cause i wanted something fun.

So if ya can live without a patrol pool it's possible to take seven powers from dual blade, all from energy aura, fitness, fighting and a travel power.

That map doesn't show all locations he can be in. He can be pretty much everywhere in the misty wood as well. Even seen him walk up into Broken Teeth.

No offense, but hosting a competition midday on a workday you won't get many turnups. First off all school has started, second of all lots of people work. Would be nice and fair to all if it was after 6pm UK time.

I own a US account with 21 months to it. It was only option then, and when EU launched i saw no reason to migrate. Wasn't until CoV came i used the free transfer deal and moved over to EU. Not sure exaktly why i did it, but not regretting it as i've met some wonderful people here

I have contemplated reactivating the US account, since it's more crowded and cheaper to play, but don't wanna leave my friends here.

Having read the last of your posts and threads you write your posts with a very demeaning and agressive tone. Cause those who read it to get annoyed and probably angry at you. I know it's sometimes can be hard to infer a tone in a written post, but i would recommend you'd put some effort into it.

Now i agree with you that trial account might very well be too restrictive, but after reading your posts i more wanna disagree with you just because how you write. If you'd soften up your posts some and stop acting high and might and talk down to those who read your posts i think you might have alot better chance to get your point across.

Actually i disagree there. If you cannot work your complaint in a sensible post without calling people idiots and such, don't post at all. Ghostraptor actually did comment on the issue if you bothered to read his entire post and not just first sentence. And he's much nicer than i would've been, i'd delete the post and suspend the offender in a heartbeat. But then i might be a little more jaded from moderating a forum devoted to more... *hrm* naughtier content.
