I've heard some friends not getting the options from ms liberty either. Perhaps try some trainers in higher level zones? Not tried myself personally so i dunno.

Too much to really detail every change, but overall, new powersets are Dual Blades, Willpower, Pain Domination and Shield Defense. There's also "old" powersets on new archtypes. Like Scrappers now have Fire melee and Fire armor. Brutes have Axes, Maces and Super reflexes. Controllers have Plant domination etc etc.


IO's or Invention Origin Enhancements are a "new" type of enhancement. Crafted with a recepie, salvage and inf. They have an advantage they don't gain/lose effectiveness at you level up. They always give the same bonus. There's generic IO's which boost one attribute, much like SOs. But the higher level the IO the better the bonus.
Then we have something called "set IO's" which when slotting IOs of the same set they will provide additional bonuses. Diffrent powers take diffrent sets. These IOs will also often boost 2 or more attributes, like dmg/end. or end/rchg/res, as an example.
This opening up many new ways to slot your powers and make you utterly ruined inf wise

Thats just a basic overview, i recommend visiting a university and take the Invention tutorial and read it, it mentions pretty much what you need to know.

You can use the Black Market(villains)/Wentworths(heroes) to buy and sell your recepies/salvge/enhancements/etc

I might be a bug, but if you do the same TF within a 24 hour period you will indeed get half the rewards.
Did you do a synapse the day before?
If not i would recommend sending in a bug report on the issue.

First the cool freebie sketch from Alex Dai then Kooma coloring it on his own. This has really put a big smile on my lips

It's almost always the last few letters in the name of the tell you got.

Like when Shield Justice tried sent me a tell i only got "ice". or when Maximus Alternity sent one i got "ernity" as the tell.

After playing some more, it seems on shield chars the animation always works. On non shield chars, the animation does not play if there's a power queued to go off.

Can always make the other cossies look better, eh wilf?

A lot of statues in WoW have "nipples". It's a sloppy polygon issue, not a BOOBSLOL one.

Feel free to go scout on the us forum some, there are people there talking about em in a couple of older posts. So i'm apparently not alone with knowing they used to be in.

Mumsy never been one to come moan after an issue that her char is wrong.

Would not surprise me in the least if we get a patch note in a few days where it says "Fixed error where some powers used PvP settings in PvE"

Was playing my Elec/shield brute some (she's level 6 atm). And i joined some random team and as soon as i joined i see a message in team chat one guy going "I'm a 36 month vet, you all should follow my commands noobs!". I raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything, decided to play along seeing where this would lead.

So we enter mission, and he starts issuing orders like some army general. "x and y, run in and take aggro, z heal" and so on, telling people what to do. I was trying hard not to laugh (we did not have a healer, it was 5 brutes and a dominator), so they charged in, x and y died instantly (oh i forgot the level span in the team was 1-4 and we were fighting level 6's, the diff was set up to highest i think). The 36month vet screaming at the dominator he needs to res and heal, and he goes... dude i have no heals nor a res. he gets kicked from team.

Then he [censored] at me for standing in the back watching (i was level 2 at the time and would not stand a lick of a chance against 6's) and then he goes down, i'm only one alive, so i run out, say in team chat "If anyone wanna play for fun and not with a e-bay general, they can send me a tell". 20 secs later, the other four in the team joined me and we were rocking a couple of missions with no defeats much fun!

I've had a purple drop on a level 45 fighting 47's. So they definatly drop from lower than 50's.

Was Absolute Amazement, sold for some odd 9 mil i think when i got it.

personally i don't think it's worth the effort to make fat models, considering the amount of work having to get done and i imagine there won't be awhole lot of people who'd make em.

Odd, ghost slayign axe animation is playign on all my toons i've checked so far. I get the new animation with shields and the same old on those chars without shields.

I know some animations don't play when i lag alot, hows your netgraph?

Select head/upper/lower instead of the costume thingie at the top with all the premades, then you can copy colors over entire body and not just legs.

Que? LGTF and ITF aren't the same...

LGTF is fixed at lvl 50, aimed at 45-50. previously you could have 35-44's in it, but if they went ld, they couldn't get back into the TF.

ITF is a TF ranging from 35-50, you could sort out a team with all level 40's and the TF will be level 40. It's not fixed.

There was a note when they patched em away. The things you've been seeing are the old models making an appearance.

Any nipples were unintentional, generally found on Tights Sleek (then called Tights 2) and not on all graphics cards.

Nope... female models had em, got removed around issue 1 or 2 cause they threatened to raise CoHs rating due to em being too perky.

Example how they looked

(that shot was from beta, they got moved to a more... "normal" placement on the boobie in release)

CoH was rated 12+... so they removed nipples from female toons. When CoV came and the titles got merged CoH is now 16+... can we have nipples abck now? please!
