There is a tailor in Pocket D, in the tikti lounge.

I actually don't think it'll look wierd in idle, more like how Cavalier shield sits atm.

I also said add the option to have it 90 degrees rotated for those who want it. Liek Rularuu 1 and 2 where 2 is rotated and 1 is like it is now.

That said, is it starting to grow on me now.

Honestly don't think it's NCNCs fault.

Cause i don't lag normally. Not even a wee spike since Issue 13. I've crashed once (i'm seeing FAR less crashes than before).
The only anomaly so far was the rikti raid today, where i D/C'd once in the end, saw one mapserver disconnect in the middle, and had around 5-6 sec lag on my powers, but there was loads of people there so the server prob couldn't keep up.
And of course the 3rd mission in the ITF...


Error prob in some node somewhere, which i happen to not use.

Not true for all psi tho. So far only arachnos seem to have "untyped" psi attacks. I have/had no problems with Rikti, Carnival of shadows or lost.

Levelling or getting levelled up? Got to say NO on that one.

Only way i'd do a pact really is if i'm doing themed characters with a friend and we want to stay at an equal level.

It's slower cause you havn't slotted it. On my brute who uses hover everytime she fights, i gotten her hover speed to just under 30mph. Thats same speed as Sprint+swift with a 50 runspeed IO in both.

Deffo not a useless power, if you think it's useless you don't know how to slot it and where to use it.

Also make a bing to toggle between hover and fly if you need the speed at a moments notice. "/bind button4 "powexec_name Fly$$powexec_name Hover"
works well. Or use two buttons if you prefer, like button4 for fly, button5 for hover.

Just wondering if anyone knows which powers and who uses em which are untyped to melee/ranged/aoe.

Like Arachnos fortunatas, night widows, mistresses/queens they psi attacks eat thru my defenses like they not there.
with other psi users like Rikti etc seem to be classed as ranged/whatever so i can defend against em.

Seems tied to certain groups, anyone know these more in detail?

100% fly speed and it's pretty quick with swift and a flight io in swift.

Add a second option to this shield, which is rotated 90 degrees. Would looks better imo!

just figure i'll toss in another observation here.

Chars created prior to issue 12, affected by sync bug to a certain extent (get it half the time or less).

Chars made during issue 12, heavily affected by sync bug. Aka every time they zone. The bugs started without fail when they reached high 20's.

Chars made after issue 13, no sync bug. got a lvl 41 shield scrapper and i havn't seen sync bug on her yet. And my shield brute (albeit not high 20's yet) is also yet to see it.

Yup, i'm hoping one day he'll get the urge and collect a large amount of back items. Like Flight packs, backpacks, sheaths, quivers etc.
