Every DXP weekend have been announced to end on sunday evening, but have always continued on until mondays maintenance.
Don't see why it won't do it this time either. -
Also i would not delay power slice to 49, as it's needed for the sweep combo. Nimble Slash is skippable once you unlock sweep and attack vital comboes. I actually suggest a respec with that in mind when you in the mid 30's.
Also you really don't need the body mastery pool. Conserve power will be next to useless for you. Energy Torrent is another attack, you have taken all 8 from dual blades, which will give you nine attacks total. Plus hasten (which also imo is not needed for dual blade/willpower) you are not gonna have a shortage of attacks.
Having the six attacks for Sweep and Attack Vitals comboes will be eought for an attack chain consisting od stringing those two combos together indefinatly.
I would recommend picking up fighting pool over body mastery, it'll make you automagically winwinvcible.
Also, i never saw the need for having two travel powers.
And you have skipped out on Indomitable will which is your status protection toggle... That boggles my mind.
As well as Mind over Body and Heightened Senses... Not sure what you planned with that, but lose an attack and one travel pool and pick up those three powers. Else you'll have alot of trouble soloing red/purple missions. -

You will normally beat Rommie 5 times on a single run - Once on the second last mish, Once on the last and then a further 3 times when he rezzes.
Are you sure that its not specifically complete ITF twice.
[/ QUOTE ]
Not correct, as you can only beat Nictus Romulus at most four times.
I got my nictus shield and sword on first defeat of nictus romulus on the second ITF i did. -
Was on a char over in kings row, and got invited to a team. Mission was in Eden. Click Mission Teleport, and bam instantly there, it felt so nice i think i actually peed myself a little. This power is awesome sauce
-
IMO Bassai and Mistress rad use too much black. You cannot really see anything except the black silouette. for some characters it works, but you tried go for some black armor look which sadly never really works.
I find it looks better to use darker shades of grey, or try accentuate the black by using a brighter color. Black when used excessively can often make the character disappear.
I personally like to use black to accentuate color patterns or certain details. Or in the case of Sapphic Neko, use it to portray two sides. Good/Evil, Ying/Yang, White/Black.
Mach One and Canadian Kid look great tho. -

Actually did a ITF last night where he only rezzed twice leaving a last nictus for us to kill.
Guessing the nictus has to be in LoS for him rez?
[/ QUOTE ]
Yes, altho it's pretty difficult to get a nictus out of sight, cause if they get to far off they'll run back to him.
You can also choose to kill off the nictus and leav rom to last. Which is easy to do a team with heavy ranged damage (as you can pick off the nictus one by one standing at max range shooting, just ndon't use aoe or you'll aggro rom). -
Was a fun TF
We were totally smashing and hacking the rikti to bits -
I play chars i enjoy, mostly looking to team and do task forces together with friends. Certain days of the week we get together to play certain chars, like Defender tuesdays, villain sundays etc
Hate soloing with a passion, but might do one mission or two while trying to find me a team.
Also, lots of time is spent in icon and making cossies -
Filled it out to the best of my ability
Some questions was poorly worded tho. -
Well, leveled some more now since Issue 13. All my chars made after Issue 13 are completly free of the sync bug.
But those who had it before, still have it, no worse, no less. Those made between Issue 11 and 13 are affected the most (aka happens every time they zone). those made before issue 11 get it "now and then". -
Yea it's a neato idea. Add an option tied to the costume what the effect to changing into that costume will be.
Like a quick spin around. Drop a smoke bomb at feet. Or just for silly factor, make a phone booth appear and you'll run in there and change. Even some anime style transformation thingie with naked intermediate (like in W.I.T.C.H for example would be funny, tho i guess it'd have to be censored
Another thing i would like to see is being able to tie a power into a cossie. Like Moment of Glory for example, when activeating it, i'd change into a cossie, then when it runs out, i'd change back to the cossie i had before. -

From a leveling point of view, I would would swap AAO to level 12, Battle Agility to 22, and PF to 24.
[/ QUOTE ]
AAO doesn't open up until 16, doesn't it?
Besides the character is lvl 23 atm, so anything below that is kinda moot to change nowMight consider it from a respec standpoint later, but meh...

It is paradoxical that the PPD seem to be propping up walls and yet the RIP seem to actually be on the job. Could it be that the civvies of Paragon have nothing worth taking?
[/ QUOTE ]
Yea Rogue Island Police usually have some villains under arrest. And when you go to help out a fellow villain, he too turn against you, fighting alongside police... -
[ QUOTE ]
RPing at Galaxy Girl when the choice of characters to RP with extended beyond "horny lesbians" (catgirls or otherwise).
[/ QUOTE ]
*ears perk up*
I guess i should go there! O.o -
I dunno, it seems they've been able to accurately portray real life cops...

Changed Moondogs suggested build to something which i feel would suit me more.

[ QUOTE ]
You can't use a bind to switch on two toggle powers.
[/ QUOTE ]
Slightly untrue. You can use one bind to switch on as many toggles as you like. Just gotta keep pushing the button for each toggle.
I have one bind to turn on all my toggles on my chars, usually bind it to mouse button5. So i just keep pushing button5 to toggle up -
I would take Indomitable will at 10, 22 levels without status protection sucks. Push back followup to 22.
And seeing as you havn't slotted and end reducers with hasten and so much recharge in all powers, yeah, you gonna need stamina, even with stamina i would slot at least one end reducer in all toggles, i would also drop one of the recharges for another accuracy. To make room for stamina i would drop one of the attacks prob slash. Either that or lose aid self, cause with willpower you don't really need medecine pool.
Got home from work and played around some in Mids. Not saying this is end all be all, just how i would do it, IF i didn't go for sets. Two lvl 50 IOs are enough, slotting three of em will waste 75% of the 3rd IOs bonuses.
If i would slot IO sets i would move slots around alot tho, as i kinda found myself having too many slots for that build when not going for sets. hehe

yes that bind only works becuase those powers are mutually exclusive. It will not work for sprint and superspeed. Altho i cannot see why you would want to alternate between em. Please tell me you're not fighting with sprint on, it's an end hog!
One option would be to do two binds.
Bind 1 "powexec_toggleon Super Speed$$powexec_toggleoff Sprint"
Bind 2 "powexec_toggleoff Super Speed$$powexec_toggleon Sprint"
It'll require you to push 1 twice to turn super speed on and sprint off, then push 2 twice to turn super speed off and sprint on. Prob a smoother way to do it with bind files, but i'm not so good on how those work. -

2) Old MoG is re-introduced. What was the logic behind removing it in the first place?
[/ QUOTE ]
Because old MoG went against everything a regen scrapper stood for. Using it, it completly killed off all your regen,, set your hitpoints down in the red.
New MoG is much much much better if you use it right. Aka soaking Alpha strikes. -
Phalanx Fighting is nice imo. it's a fixed 3.75% defense boost, which is quite helpful and free.

When is Windows 7 scheduled for release?
Really wanna get rid of Vista O.o -

You fight like a dairy farmer.

I was about to post that!
I'll wipe up your blood with my hankerchief! -
I'd be up for it.
Perferbly as my sword shield scrapper (lvl 50)
or as my TA/A defender (lvl 49). -
Looking intresting, and also very very expensive
Anyone wanna sponsor? :3
Got her to level 20 last night, she's fun so far, chain induction is cool. Hoping i can sort most end issues by 22 when i can get SOs for now. Can't wait for 35 when i'll have both shield charge and lightning rod.
