No you don't.
You still only need to run it once for eight people. Just now all eight people need to pick up the mission. City of Heroes has a nice feature that it will auto-complete the mission for everyone in the team if the option is toggled to allow for it.
This was prob done to fix it so you don't get access simply by being invited for the talk to latin student part. -

Couple new arts aquired!
Won a contest that Toxiclight held on DA. And as a prize i could have a full color image from her. I thought long and hard on it and could not decide between my two final ideas. So i sent her both and figured she could pick which she liked most.
She liked both and did both to my surprise

I mostly play blue side, villains feel more schoolyard bully and not as fun in my opinion.

I like playing damage dealing classes. Blasters, Scrappers, Brutes, Dominators.

Views on Role Playing?
I don't mind it, but i don't actively seek it out. If someone would initiate something with me, or i'd join a team where everyone else is roleplaying i would probably go with the flow. Otherwise i don't RP that much.
Servers?
Defiant and Virtue mostly. Got some chars on Union i barely play. Bouycotting Exalted since i think a server for VIPs only is a really bad idea for the community as a whole.
