    Doppelg?nger

    Would it be possible to have doppelgängers spawn as the same exact as the player allowing them to share the same stats as the pc character including set bonuses? So if I'm playing my Dark/Shield with soft capped defenses is it possible to have my doppelgänger to have soft capped defenses as well?
  3. Update on my I19 build, this one has 5% less recharge but it has higher resistances and recovery while having higher endurance cost but I have Dark Consumption and Conserve Power so I won't ever have any endurance issues.

    In Champions Online alot of the dual pistol moves are a direct copy from equilibrium and other pistol oriented movies.. There is one move in particular cant remember the name though that is a direct copy of the final fight scene of equilibrium where you can do the whole gun cata.

    The longer you hold down the power the whole animation plays + you get def + resistance to everything.. only difference is the dmg was in aoe form and very weak.. so besides from using it as part time shield break there was no use for it as an attack..

    I for one am not taking HoB however if they buffed it to be like in champions online and gave us 45% def i would def scoop it up..
    Or you could just invention sets and have the same result
  16. Quick fix, swap Shadow Maul for Dark Consumption and use it as a PBAoE attack. Run in > Soul Drain > Dark Consumption > Shield Charge. The only other thing I can tell you is to not run Focused Accuracy as its a huge drain on your endurance. Looking at it do you even have enough recharge to run MG > SM > SL > SM? I thought you needed 234% recharge in Midnight Grasp in order to run that chain?
  17. As others have stated you can but you will severly take away from other powers. You'd be much better off aiming for 35% defense and going for a metric ton of recharge.

    First, Siphon Life is your only heal. It should be slotted to heal. You could be healing for almost twice as much per use.     You are lacking an epic pool. There are some great powers in them. Physical Perfection is one of my favorites. I also like picking up Focused Accuracy and dropping 6 Gaussian's Fire Control in it for the 2.5% defense to all positionals. Some builds use Blaze Mastery for the extra AoE damage.

    If you want to double-stack Active Defenses for the defense debuff resistance, you will need more recharge in it.
    The problem with slotting Siphon Life that way is they would lose their soft cap to ranged defense. I didn't realize they were using purple until I just looked at it again. I have to suggest not using purples and use that money else where in the build.
  23. I'd HIGHLY suggest reading Fury Flechette's Fire and Electric/Shield build on any budget. http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=216944. It has a lot of good information. My biggest concern is how in the hell did you go through 18 levels with having only 1 attack? That seems like torture to me.
