What epic power sets would you like to see added in the next proliferation? I personally would love to see the tank pyre mastery ported to scrappers. Fire ball + shield charge = win!

So I guess its safe to say that a scrapper player isn't necessarily in love with brutes lol?

The thing is, there's no indication at all that Going Rogue will mean ATs will be available on both sides at creation, but rather that you'd have to level on one side, and roleplay it over toward the other side in Praetoria. Any brute you want to play blue side you'll probably have to play red side for a while.

Well that is similar to the build that I currently have, it is a mix of defense and recharge. It does have Fortunata Hypnosis in it.

How should I slot Bitter Freeze Ray? With 6 Thunder Strike or 6 Lock down for both ranged defense bonus? And is it better to take BFR over Ice Storm?

I have found nukes slow me down. I can deliver far more damage cycling my chain than popping inferno , dropping my toggles and having to pop blues to get back in the fight. That being said, if my tank or controllers has bunched up a nice group I may use it.

An additional nuke in the build does not seem like a plus to me. For those that love nuking it might be though. I'll hold the line while you recover for a few seconds.

Nukes do slow you down, but they're undeniable fun!

I have no problems with any of my blasters, they either can't hit me or don't live long enough to hit me.

Has anyone done this comparison without using IOs and just used SOs? It would eliminate a lot of variables.

It would be nice to see this done to Thunderous Blast and possibly Blizzard considering they're both fired from range, but adding these changes to the PBAoE powers would be suicide considering you're jumping into the middle of the action.

Archery is light on endurance, offers and amazing nuke because it recharges fairly quick, no end and does a cheese load of damage.

Ice/energy is a boss killer, but it's AoE isn't very good.

Mental suits Archery as an offensive secondary where Ice is much better for mitigation. Shiver will keep your foes at range due to its movement slow and when they do get too close you can use freezing touch, chilblain, and ice patch.

I loved snow storm, but I found that Flash Freeze was a lot more useful then Snow Storm.

Both are very good, I would say it is a matter of preference. Concept, damage type, damage orientation, secondary effects, and player experience all could play a major factor in choosing which one. I have an Ice/ice blaster and I love him, he excels in PvE and PvP.

Who is the developer responsible for making the AI and powers for NPCs?

It is great but I'd really use it when doing hard stuff. If you can't afford two builds I would say go for a good mix of recharge and defense. Aim for around 20% ranged defense and then build for recharge.
