  1. Well I plan on getting around this update really easily, I am going to roll a */regeneration scrapper and a fire/ff controller PL them to 50 then only choose revive from the scrapper secondary and keep it on auto, then go sit in RV and farm to my hearts delight.
  2. You took breath of fire over great fire sword...? Okay
  3. Regeneration is a great power set but needs defense to help with the passive regeneration and needs some bloody debuff resistance!

    DM/Reg Build

Here is the build I came up with, has good defense and regeneration, and a small recharge bonus. Tried to make it as cheap as possible while maximizing your strengths.

  5. You do not want to use a fire melee/will power for farming, it will be painfully slow.
  6. Ah okay, so I guess the game doesn't support ATI?
  7. I've tried to but I don't understand it lol
  8. Hello,

My graphics card bit the dust this week and replaced it with the ATI 4800 series, I believe it was the 4870, and now my graphics seem to be worse. On Quality the characters have a lot of jagged edges on their pants where as before with my Nvidia 7850 GTX it was all smooth. Any settings that can fix that?

I would also say fire breath because you can pair it with boost range and make it super special awesome

    DM/WP or DM/SR

I know for sure that Dark Melee/Super Reflexes is stupid powerful for cheap. You can hit the soft cap fairly easily and Dark Melee's secondary effect(To Hit Debuff) goes well with the Defense of Super Reflexes.
  12. I am requesting an Electric Melee/Shield Defense build for my scrapper >.>
  13. If you're doing PvP no, don't take Fire Breath, it animates too long. For PvE I'd say never skip it, using it as an opening power with Build Up and Aim and Fire Ball and you will have annihilated most of enemies in large groups. Then when the minions are done you run in and Blaze the cheese out of the LTs then once they're all dead you Energy Punch and Bone Smash the Bosses till their stunned and Blaze, Fire Blast, and Bone Smash them into oblivion.

Also I am not a fan of Rain of Fire due to it's wonderful scattering effect.

If you were a Fire/Ice, you could take it because with Shiver, it would be like shooting fish in a barrel but since you're not I say skip it!
  14. I am trying to correct a friends build and have no idea where to start. He said he wants to do PvP with this build and is trying to increase the effectiveness of his crowd controlling abilities. Help?

  15. I'd say sell it, my fire/regen has enough endurance for two heroes.
  16. Mid's isn't showing an increase in run speed by slotting a Microfilament Exposure versus a jump invention origin enhancement.
  17. You're going to have to make a lot of unnecessary sacrifices to your build that will cut into your damage potential. You're better off with this build as it gives you a great balance of defense and offense.
  18. Wow that build is nice but it has very little in recharge bonuses.
  19. You can soft cap without pool powers but it will be more difficult
  20. How much are you willing to spend?

so, theoretically Umby's build could do it in about 4:20?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yeah he could but he'd be using inspirations in order to survive.
