Which brings me to Brutes, like Iggy. Sadly they don't get the same defensive values so I could only get the Brute to around 40% to all types. I might try again though after I finish my Corrupter.

I love working on builds trying to max/min aspects of people's builds, my heart is with regeneration, dark armor, and shields currently. I am also a blaster fan I love fire, ice, and archery. I cannot play any support ATs as I am not your support kind of dood. -

The game still sets pet-class base tohit to 75%, not 50% (everything from Frostfire's pets to Malta turrets) which for SR scrappers "immune to defense debuffing" the relative equivalent for Regen would be having an entire class of foe which upon targeting you made all your enhancements vanish.
Everyone's got problems. Overemphasizing one of them suggests a lack of awareness of all the others.

Okay but how many enemies spawn pets verses how many have recharge debuffs? I'm going to assume a lot more. -
I don't see the blaster comparison, they have no primary or secondary form healing, shields, resists outside of their epic pool powers.
