I had planned on making this event... but the laptop I usually play on decided to crash repeatedly throughout the day... Darn over-heating issues... So, like any good hero, I took the thing apart, cleaned out the last year of gunk and put it back together...

But I couldn't stop there, I decided to get rid of Vista and install Windows 7...

So, we're not back up and running and installing updates (as time allows with my schedule)... hope to be back in the game after getting CoX updated today.

I always look forward to the SHF Sunday events... Good Stuff

And it was all in good fun... I wanted to see who would jump in there and say something in reply...

I'm all for the LRT and have -0- issues with the idea, concept or the many good folks involved... Matter of fact, I have nothing but the highest of respect for the players/toons mentioned... but I wanted to prove a point.

What disappointments... that regardless of who says what... there is going to be someone who feels compelled to jump on another for having their own thoughts... This was described in detail in other forum posts and it was suggested that we all take a step backwards and a deep breath...

So, I thought I'd toss my comments in a way that I figured I'd get a reply...

But, as I said... I think the LRT is a great idea for the server but think some on here need to take a chill pill and realize we all have our thoughts and our good/bads days...

So, now we can go back to our regularlly scheduled day of gaming... because, after all, it is still a game.

I have several toons that need the badge... as I assume many others do too...

I'm planning on running back to back to back Fortune Teller Missions...

Starting Sunday, May 23... I will run several teams to get the Spelunker badge.... Which is needed for the Atlas Medallion...

This is a simple one mission badge, but an important one...

If you'd like to join us for the SPELUNKER badge/mission... please let us know...

We'll be running the mission through the Pillar of Ice and Flame in our base...

I plan on running this mission as many times as there are players wanting to join on Sunday, May 23... so if you want/need the badge... please send a tell...

The first run will start at 2:00 eastern time... and we'll roll from there...

EDIT:... The mission level will auto exemp to level 14 and 1 Merit is rewarded for completion...

I'm stuck at work for a couple more hours... So, I guess I'll miss this one...

As luck would have it... I joined a PuG last night who had Tina as a contact and got started on the arc... It's been a while since I have done her arc, so I have a good idea of what we'll be doing...

I tanked this one and got my behind kicked against anti-matter (SH/SS) a couple times... but we eventually got to him... The rest of the arc (we disbanded after Bobcat) was pretty basic stuff... But in all fairness, Anti Matter was an AV at +3 to my level... lol

So, anyone wanting to do the Tina arc this evening for this event are welcome to join me... I'm still practicing the art of tanking... but, I should be in a better position tonight

OK... Tried logging into the site and it says my user name is currently in use by another player... LMAO... I do not recall setting up a password or anything when I did the registration for the Mentor Project... so, help me out here a bit...

I tried my normal user name/password combo's and nothing worked

As soon as I can join the site, I'll be good to go and can assist however.

Sounds like fun and I'm fairly sure I have a toon (or toons) that will be getting either Tina Macintyre or Maria Jenkins as a contact... and thinking I'd rather call Maria for a good time

If needed, I would be happy to run one of the Arcs... but it would be lower 40's in regards to the level... So, I better get my butt active and get the contact before Saturday

Most my toons have the TFC (well, at least the ones I care to have it)... but I am sure I have a toon that does not have the badge for this one... But if you need something specific A/T wise, just let me know and I can switch...

Of course, all is contingent upon family argo being reduced to an acceptable level... lol

Thanks for bringing all back to reality...

I think the entire community is frustrated... should it be lack of more participation, our longing for the old days of the game or it's visual (lack of) population or just everyday RL stuff...

Even the chat channels seems to be quieter and less 'friendly' than they were... I'm not a big 'chatter' but I try to at least say hi when I log in... and seldom does a reply come... and I see it the same for many that are not big time in to chatting but casually saying hello...

I think Liberty is a good place now, was a great place before and will again become a great place for friends and friendly teaming. Just have to weather the current storm... much like others we've faced over the years.
