To the OP...you shouldn't let it stress you out so much. It's only a game. /hide and /ignore are your best options in this situation.

Hmmmm....I don't know if what you do for "work" really qualifies as work CP....being an every day super hero/firefighter just seems like too much fun to be considered work!
I've just come back after an extended break, and I noticed that it is a lot harder trying to find a team....even sewer teams that I usually use to break in new characters seem to be sparse.
As CP mentioned above, there are a lot of people on the Freedom boards that post events. I've teamed with most of them, and we always have a fantastic time. You could also try starting teams or posting an event of your own on the boards. I know a lot of people don't like to lead teams, but quite honestly once you get get started, people of like mind will join and will generally start teaming together on a regular basis. There are a lot of people who don't like to PL and who are looking for teams as well, so the more people who don't mind leading, the merrier.

There are a lot of things I like about this issue. With the changes they are making to the UI, it makes me wonder if they will eventually add weather to the game like they did in Aion.
