Ehh, when I see a person get knocked out by someone vastly larger, it seems like it is supposed to happen. Two evenly matched people or a small guy kicking a big guy's [censored], now that is pain and fun to watch.

That sounds like some real life Tiny toons stuff going on there X. Also, yay custom colors.
-
Now I am up to six counts of defending myself.

I blame you for the online sprint chat lady taking forever to activate my crackberry.
-
Even better than the cops showing up at your door.
-
I blame you for thinking we need to understand your kids.

In enough time so that GR goes live the week that C.O. goes live.

Log into your 50 villain and then log out and try to make the VEAT on the new server. Sometimes your account needs to be reminded.

If you are dead set on running 4 slots, Backfire has it right. If not, then go with 3 slots, Performance Shifter: End. Mod and +End. proc and one End Mod IO.

Anywhere from 30min. (Katie Hannon) to 4+ hrs (Dr. Quarterfield).

Because if we keep on asking, they might just give in and let us have them. Think of it as a grass roots campaign.

The jacked up thing was the cops approached them only because they were wearing costumes to see if they had a license to perform in costume. That sounds like some crap, leave the geeks alone. And mad props to Superman for needing 7 cops to take him down.

Welcome back Dee. I have missed you and your lovely avatar.

The cool thing for me, is that is now a legitimate excuse. I am slowly figuring out how to play the game with just one hand, cause I am holding the baby with the other.
Back on topic, best reason I ever bailed was my car was getting towed out of my assigned space in the complex. Granted there is always the semi-annual screw-up from my cable provider. Which usually gets a post here on the forums. -
1. You have the option to use two separate builds now and can switch between the two every 15 min. Be warned though, you need to enhance each build separately.
2. You get access to capes at level 20 and you need to complete the appropriate mission which you have at the moment.
3. Using just SO's is not bad at all. The Devs have stated that the game is geared to a player using just SO's. IO's and Set IO's allow you to go above and beyond what you can achieve with SO's alone.
4. Bodyguard mode is also known as Defensive follow. Click on the blue shield and set the pets to follow. If you do not have access to these buttons open up your pet window and you should see the buttons there.
5. You can change your costume as often as you like, provided you have a means to pay for it. As for the level 20 mission, if you go to the Cap tailor and talk to I believe Glenda. You get a mission to unlock an additional costume slot. You can get missions to unlock additional costume slots at levels 30 and 40. The final costume slot is unlocked by turning in halloween event salvage to a special contact.
This is just the off the top of my head answers. For the complete answers go to Paragonwiki. They are a vast repository of knowledge pertaining to City of X.
Welcome back -
Reminds me of that scene in Aliens Resurrection where Ripley falls into the pile of Aliens.

Ahh, sorry reading interpretation tends to hit a low after lunch at work.

I see you decided to keep the 50´s.

No, you should be good to use the emotes. Go into the costume screen and there is a drop down box at the bottom for the costume change emote. Select your emote and then click on the costume you want to change to.

You are really lucky to have a mom that will help you out with something like this X. You should do something nice for her.
-
That is from Boondock Saints. One of the best movies ever.

I tend to ramble when I am stoned. Not saying X is but, just drawing a parallel.

I blame you for not going to Farmer's Markets.
