Here's to hoping it isn't too bad for you. Look at it this way, at least you aren't on a ship. They had to beat feet out of there before the storm. Speaking from experience it truly sucks having to babysit a ship through a hurricane.

So who's up for another round? I missed last year due to not being subbed, but I am down for this year.

PM one of the mods online. New members are silenced to start off.

Vidiotmaps is your friend for finding those tricky defeat areas.

Personally, I feel that heroes should go through the same hoops that villains need to go through in order to unlock the Epic powers. Not necessarily having a hero patron have you run missions, but something centralized on the specific training needed to access those powers. Like a series of missions where each power in the Epic pool is a temp power. That way players figure out how they work and can decide if they want it or not. I also believe that you need to go through some sort of mission story-line to unlock a different patron's powers. A mission or series of missions where you betray your previous patron for your new patron. This adds to the late-game content and allows the players to become more fully immersed in the politics of the villain hierarchy.
Complaining about the amount of time necessary to unlock VILLAIN powers for your HERO seems to be complaining about not having an easier way to exploit the game. -
So do you guys think it will cheaper to buy a super booster now or wait until Freedom?
-
Awesome, that was the only problem I could think of as well.

So how viable is NRG/Rad for a solo Corr? I am working on a concept build and would like to know about any holes or big problems with this pairing as I level it up. I am familiar with the KB havoc that NRG wreaks on teams so I will be focusing on soloing this character. Thanks in advance for any info.

Thanks DG.
Do you think it would be too much to ask for GR as an anniversary gift? -
Hi guys and girls,
So part of my father's day gift was a time card.
I am back in the drunken halls of Pinnacle with a daughter on my hip as I play the game. Please don't mind randomly mistyped messages on Pinnbadges, it's her fault.
After being gone for about 2 years, what's new? Who's still here? What are the new in TFs/SFs? What should I do with the 3 power picks that are available since Fitness is now an inherent? Is Going Rogue worth getting?
I didn't realize how much I missed this game until I rolled up a Elec/WP brute and powered through 8 levels using only the arrow keys and my mouse. Apparently, Comcast's identity guard software jacks up the keyboard mapping.
I am looking forward to meeting up with you guys for some hot TF/SF action once I have respec'd my old characters. -
I blame you that I can't afford the subscription cost anymore.

Look at the SG and that answers everything.

Welcome back Blitz. So does the NA in your name mean Near Auckland?

You want bad, I'm a Panthers fan. I was listening to the game online since I live in DC, I just kept on screaming bloody murder as the wife and kid were watching the Ravens game. Thank God, I didn't pick up Delhomme for my fantasy league.
Also Evie, the Madden curse is who ever is on the cover of the newest Madden NFL game is destined to have a craptacular season. Last year Vince Young broke his streak of never missing a game ever in his football career from H.S. through to the NFL because he was injured. Year before that Shaun Alexander broke his leg. Michael Vick broke his leg the year he was on the cover, Daunte Culpepper jacked up his hamstring and missed half the season, McNabb missed a bunch of games due to a sports hernia. Granted there is a propensity for injury in a game where the norm is to be hit with the force of a car, but we are a superstitious lot as well. -
The Madden curse strikes again. Troy out for at least 3 weeks, will Larry fall as well? Stay tuned ladies and gents. I friggin love football.

Welcome back Dan. You had better brought us all shotglasses.

That sounds like a good idea, see you at 10.

Either that or we can create a global chat channel in game for the draft.

Sunday, should be ok with me as well. I would prefer after 8 or 9 PM EST because the baby is down for the night by then, but can do really anytime during the day.

Just like with any terrorist network, if you kill one another will spring up in his place.

Actually, I want to enjoy the race however I would like to. Whether that be by running the race, watching from the stands, taking my self to the snack bar, or as I was pointing out in a humorous way by the calorie reference taking a couple of bong hits.
But if you really want to get to the true point behind it all. The trend in America is to give into the fear-mongering that is perpetrated by the pharmaceutical companies, the press or what ever corporation stands to gain the most money by scaring people into habits that cause their products to sell. Most of this whole obesity trend is complete BS based on a scale that wasn't even created for medical purposes. The BMI was created for a social physics experiment in the 1800's.
Most any food you eat nowadays is bad for you in one way or another. It isn't a question of what you eat nowadays, it is a question of the habits you have overall. Eat healthy all you want, if you just lay around the house and do nothing, you die an early death. Eat crap food, go out and exercise on a regular, live a life where you deal with stress in a healthy way, you live longer. Trying to pin living a long life on only one aspect of your life is wrong and just playing into the fear-mongering that the pharmaceutical companies want the U.S. to live in.
Back on-topic: I believe that raids are run wednesday nights at 9pm est. But if you throw out a request on one of the globals you can probably get one started yourself. -
The title says it all. Express yourself through video, picture, haiku, whatever.
Here is my feeling toward cube life as eloquently said by Trent and NIN.

Baby wipes, are the quickest and laziest way to clean up, follow that with an application of your favorite spray on deodorant and you are good to go.
I used to keep both and a clean shirt in my backpack, for those times when I needed to do a quick clean up, but didn't have time to go home. Hop in a bathroom, wipe down, spray up and change shirts. Awesome for having to go straight from a happy hour to a family function or from playing disc golf to the clubs or a show. -
Quote:never post when you are hungry Taser,
Mcgriddles (McDonald's)
Serving Size: 1 sandwich (135.0 g); Calories: 420, Total Fat: 22g, Carbs: 44g, Protein: 11g
ouch 44g's of carbs I dont think I eat that in a month, you couldn't make me eat that with a gun to my head.
But if you look at the Calories, you realize who the Mcgriddle is truly made for. I mean come on we are talking about a sandwich that has replaced the bread with pancakes that have crystallized syrup embedded all through it. If that doesn't scream munchy food I don't know what does. -
Woohoo, happy Birthday X-Funk. Enjoy your day.
