  1. So, in I16, it is now impossible to get the Ironman - 1 million damage taken badge. You need it for Born in Battle.

    Why am I stating that it is impossible? The devs removed the rest trick, where you hit rest and let a npc attack you racking up damage very quickly. I'm a lvl 50 Brute and I did 4 missions solo, set for 0/8. At the end I racked up maybe 20k damage. So 1 million damage taken is laughable, 10 million is even more laughable, and that 100 Million damage taken badge is pure fantasy.

    I'm not ranting I'm just curious to see what one can do to achieve these badges? Because in normal PvE, it is very hard to get this badge.

    Right, you guys were probably talking about the Warburg one. I usually just buy the Etherel Shift from the WW or BM.

    I'm pretty sure the temp phase does not cost any endurance to run. I use it after my T9 crash with 0 endurance for a few seconds and I stay phased.

  5. Also, say you have like 50% Global Recharge in PvE, once you enter RV for example, it will still say you have 50% Global Recharge in combat attributes, however that is incorrect because DR lowers it.

    I don't know when they will fix that.
  6. First of all, DR (Diminishing Returns) hits you in PvP. Second, you can't make Elude perma simply because theres a cap for recharge on it, so it's impossible to make it perma even with 170% + Global Recharge.

    Someone with more information will post the numbers.
  7. Is that a serious question Viral? Come on heh, you know my Ice/SS Tanker has 69.13% Def to S/L in PvE and 42.25% in PvP due to DR. Now, how on earth could a Fire Tanker come even close to soft cap in PvP? ^^

    Like others said, stick with +HP and +Recharge.

  10. I even killed Wolf Spider Huntsmen Bosses, it still doesn't show up under Defeats in the badge list. This is ridiculous.

  13. You can't soft cap in PvP. Defense maxes out at 42.25% without Tier 9's or attacks. But with just toggles and IO's, the max is 42.25%.

    My Tanker has 69.13% Def to S/L in PvE, but in PvP it drops to 42.25%.
  14. I can't find any tips on where to kill Wolf spiders. I tried in St. Martial, but none of the Wolf Spiders I kill count. I'm guessing it's like that because they are under the "Arachnos" description.

    Any help is appreciated.

  15. To be honest, it's a toss up between Psy, Fire, and Sonic.

    I don't have any experience playing a Blaster so that's why I'm lost on the choices and build. However, I do adapt fast, so I just need some opinions.
  16. I'm thinking of making a Blaster for PvP.

    Psy/EM is appealing to me because I heard that Psy can hold it's own in Zone PvP. I'll mainly PvP in RV, but also some in SC, and WB.

    I have always played Scrappers, Tankers and Brutes, so I'm not too familiar at building a Blaster.

    I would greatly appreciate if someone made a sample PvP build for Psy/EM.

    P.S. I have a unlimited budget.

    The teleportation resist absolutely does NOT work wonders. It's only a 20% chance to resist tp foe. So, about 1 out of 5 times you won't get tp'ed.
  18. I got it for PvP purposes anyways. The 3% Def gets me closer to the impossible soft cap in PvP.
  19. I'm trying to figure out why this PvP IO is worth so much. It only gives you a 20% chance to resist Teleport.

    The 3% def to all is very nice, but I don't understand why it's as expensive as the Panacea: Chance for +HP/Endurance.

    What demon/?

    I'm VERY curious to actually see the pets/powers for Demon Summoning.

    Also, what do you guys think will be the main damage type of the Demon pets? Negative? Lethal?
  23. Most people go the Leaping/Speed/Fitness/Concealment route.

    Some switch out Fitness for Leadership. For the most part, people still use the SJ + SS combo. Then you have the few Blasters and support toons who use Fly.
