Short answer: No.
Long answer: By setting up some rather complex keybinds, you can fake it. I don't know how to do them properly, but it involves having your forward movement key set one power to auto (and start your movement) when you press it, and having it set the other power to auto (and stop your movement) when you release it.
As long as you move fairly frequently, they should both autofire fairly well, most of the time.
But there's no method to make both autofire perfectly all the time. -
I just did a raid and pulled in over 400 merits.
I suspect the OP was solo, which seriously hurts your merit earning potential. -

'Cause swapping costumes takes up memory. Not just for you but for everyone else nearby. A person could, theoretically, hot-swap their costumes fast enough to overload someone else's RAM with each change, causing a system crash.

I'm pretty sure this is the reason for the 30 second delay - though I wouldn't mind seeing that reduced some (say, 15 seconds.)
[/ QUOTE ]
It recently WAS reduced to 15 seconds, thanks to a bug. Apparently, that was enough to cause performance issues, so instead of instating that as the new costume change time, they fixed it back to the normal 30 seconds.
Seriously though, unless you're making a ton of minor tweaks in Icon or saving all your costumes to file, how often do you NEED to change your clothes more than twice a minute?
Seriously, turn off super speed and hasten when you're eating and you shouldn't have to change nearly as often. -

I thought movement rates increased with levels anyway - is this on top of that increase?

Only travel power speeds improve as you level. Your base runspeed is always 14.32mph, and the bonuses from pseudo-travel powers like swift, hurdle, sprint and combat jumping are likewise fixed.
Super Speed, Super Jump, and Fly become faster as you level though. -
Would it be possible to add an option in the menu to set each power class that triggers a confirmation prompt to auto accept or prompt based on setting?
At the moment, I believe that it would only be three powers: Teleports (already done), rez powers and fortunes. While I can't see it being a big deal either way with rezzes, I will always accept a fortune when it's used on me, and don't like having to scramble to accept/decline when someone uses it on me mid-combat, or leave it there to time out, partially obscuring my screen in the meantime.
Also, perhaps each could also be given an auto-decline. This may be a bad idea for the rez powers, but for the TP and fortune, people who never want the power used on them don't have to click no every time, nor wait for the timer to expire. -
Both my desktop and laptop do that; even though the backslash ke actually types a backslash in text fields, I still have to rebind it as ] to open the menu. This causes the backslash to open the menu, but the right square bracket does not.
I suspect it does have to do with language settings, as Samuel said. Mine are English(Canadian).
It really has no effect on the game, if you bind both \ and ] to open the menu. That would be my suggestion. -
Actually, with the code they use for combat auras, they may now be able to do that. But you'd have to ask BAB to be sure.

The ninjas in Steel all use the same model, and don't have to worry about clipping. The nightstick on the Official belt isn't as prominent, and sliders around the waist and hips have less effect then the chest and body sliders.
And just because you only use the standard male model doesn't mean everyond does. Jay once posted that if a costume option clips with more than a certain percentage of costume parts, it won't be added. The official comment on the high-collared cape implies that that rule is being relaxed a bit, but as long as the weapon hovers behind and/or impales the person carrying it, we're not likely to see it happen.
Going Rogue is rumored to have graphics updates in it. Maybe it will be possible in the near future. Maybe it's already included. Wait and see. -
Bwuh? What do bugfixes to the MA have to do with the OP, or with nerfs in general?
this does belong in the S&I forum, where it's been posted several times before.
However, if you have the Good vs. Evil pack, it's easy to demonstrate why this isn't currently in the game, and probably can't be until a major overhaul happens - which may or may not happen.
First, create a new character. It doesn't matter which side, AT or powerset. Don't select any back items on the costume, as they may obscure what we're looking at. Make it female, and with all the sliders at the minimum values.
Once you've loaded into the game, turn the camera so that you're looking at the character from the side and turn on your Jump Pack. You'll notice that the Jump Pack is floating several inches away from your character.
Now, do the same thing, but this time, use a Huge model with all sliders maximized, and view him from the regular camera position (behind). Thi time, the Jump Pack will be embedded in his back, with only the tips of the jets sticking out.
Until we have a way to attach things properly to the back, the devs seem to be hesitant to add back items to the costume, be they weapons, quivers, jetpacks, etc. -

The Centurion costume pieces are vet rewards from what I understand so theres nothing really extra in Cimerora from what I can tell.
[/ QUOTE ]
There are two swords, two or three axes, and some shields (no idea how many) tied to the Centurion badge for defeating 100 Cimeroran traitors. The armor tied to the badge for completing the ITF. There are two broadswords and two shields for defeating Romulus - one of each for one defeat, and the others for five defeats. None of these are available by any other means.
Cimerora is a story oriented zone. It lightly touches on the stories started in Ouroboros and the Midnighter Club, and also seems related to the return of the Fifth Column - expect the new stuff in i15 to be connected to the happenings in Cimerora, or at least to reference them. -

Xalaqia's big list missed Lightning Reflexes, a Quickness clone from Electric Armor.
I have a couple travel power-less toons. Combining powers of Xalaqia's list is key. On a TF, I can often get to the mission on a no travel toon first, just by knowing which porter to use first, and maybe using a temp power, like a jet pack.
Some of my toons get a travel power at 14, others at 49, some never. But I always make sure they can get around as quickly as necessary. -
OMG HE SAID HEALER KILL HIM!!!

Yeah... I don't really have anything to add that hasn't already been said... -
Certain other parts of the Shard have a mix of Nemesis and Overseers, or even all three. All three mixed together usually means the progress is too slow to be worthwhile, in my opinion.

The use of the pack doesn't violate the EULA. The way they got the maps to make the pack, however, does.
[/ QUOTE ]
Are you sure? I could get the base maps without violating the EULA.
Yes, if they got it via pigg-diving, it's a no-no. But if they mapped in the whole zone, turned off map icons, and resized the map as large as it allowed, then took screenshots, there's no EULA violation. Unless the developers of the map packs step forward and say how they did it, there's no proof of a foul. -
I want my badges and Supergroup to function like my enhancements and trays on multiple builds - When I switch to a villain, I lose all my hero badges and stop being a member of the Supergroup. When I switch back to hero, I lose my villain badges and Villain group, but get my hero badges and supergroup back.

Love this one. I think it looks perfect as-is, but I like sketch/line art/B&W type arts. -
No. CoH does not support addons.
Third party addons would be of two different types: Modification of the client (which is not allowed) or putting replacement files in the appropriate directory so that custom textures/sounds/fonts are loaded instead of the default ones (Allowed, but not supported by NCsoft - if you can't figure it out, ask players or you're on your own). -
FBZ is a hazard zone, so it always has large spawns, often with bosses. PI is a city zone, so the spawns are based on the number of people nearby.
Because of this, you should hit FBZ if you're trying to hunt them in a small team. If you have a large team, either works, but PI allows people under 40 to join the hunt. -
Print Screen works perfectly every time for me, on my computer and laptop, and my girlfriend's computer. All three use Vista. All three are also running in Windowed mode. Do you run CoH Fullscreen or Windowed?

If you create a new arc while autosave is turned on, the default name will be "autosave". You should always save it under a new name, which will cause the autosaves (of that file) to go under the new name.
The file named "autosave" is not meant to be your work file. It's a backup. It's also stored locally on your computer, so customer support can't hep you.
If you have already published the old arc, go to the "My Published Arcs" section, click "Edit" on the arc in question, and one of the buttons in the top left will let you save a new local copy. After you save a local copy, the first thing you should do is make sure that it has a unique file name!
And from now on, when you make a new arc, the first thing you should do, before you even LOOK at anything else, is hit the "Save As" button and choose a unique filename. -
Someone needs to make a custom mod that replaces the SFX with the Wilhelm Scream

Patrol XP is only granted for defeats. When you complete a mission, you get the normal amount (No bonus), and Patrol XP shouldn't be used. Because of this, the end of your Patrol XP bar should move forward, but the number should remain the same.
If you read the number before and after completing a mission, and the number is bigger after, see if you can replicate it. If so, /bug it. That is NOT intended behaviour. -

Farmers get blamed for everything
[/ QUOTE ]
I thought it was all the farming, pvping, badging, marketeering, casual players with purpled out Warshades that were responsible for all the nerfs? -
[ QUOTE ]
Actually, I saw something similar happen in a group starting an arc. We'd started once t and dumped out to...don't remember now, reset diff, or something. Reformed team, and suddenly the leader couldn't pick up the arc. We discovered that somehow the MA had INSERTED one of the runarounddoingsquat tutorial mishes into her list, filling her last available slot.
There are a LOT of odd, intermittent bugs in the thing. I've been unable to select certain mishes for no immediately visible reason- get the 'accept' window, hit the button, and nothing happens. I got STUCK in an arc once- after I finished it, the rating screen did nothing, and the contact acted as if it were the first time I talked to him. Had to log out and log back in to get free of it. Etc. etc. etc.
[/ QUOTE ]
The bolded part stands out to me. MA mode is functionally the same as TF mode, except for the inviting rule. As such, if all 8 people on the team had 3 missions each, the leader would still be able to take a new MA arc.
Sounds like user error to me, though having a mission added to the list without choosing to take it would be a bug.
The closest bug I've experienced was setting my search to 0-stars, unplayed, finding one that sounded interesting, and ending up in a dev choice that I had played before. -
According to the redname post, costumes have no way of telling what build you're wearing, and the crab backpack only knows whether or not you have a crab power, not whether or not the power is available.
Theoretically, if a dev used their magical dev powers and added [Crab Spider Armor Upgrade] to your blaster or defender, you would suddenly sprout a crab pack, and be unable to get rid of it.
