If I'm right on both counts, it could become a slight balance issue.

Procs and vet attacks are all flagged "Ignore buffs and enhancements" which means that while they ingore bonuses (like Fulcrum Shift), they also ignore debuffs (like Granite's -damage, or a Rage Crash).

Good luck. Until the patch on test goes live there's no new PVP recipes being generated, so they're kinda rare.

Just to be sure - You know that the PVP recipes are all unique, just like purples, right? So you won't be able to put both of these on the same build of a single character.

Look at the power info. The heal is a fixed amount, and is not affected by the damage dealt.

So if the damage/heal is 100 points, and you're enhanced for +99% damage (199 dealt), and the enemy resists 75% (49 damage dealt), it still heals 100 points at the end, not 199 or 49. Add procs, and it still heals 100 poins.

If the tech allows it, then I think this would be an elegant solution. /signed

If the tech doesn't allow it, then they need to beef up the store servers (unlessthey already did) so that we don't get a repeat of Super Booster II.

"Nerf this" threads are against the rules. And Parry is built to triple stack. In fact, it's got a built in cap of three stacks - if you magically get it down to a 1s recharge, it still only triple stacks.

When both do/don't crit, and GD only hits one target. But GD, like Head splitter, is a small cone that can hit multiple targets, and it has an increased chance to crit. So overall GD will have a better DPA than GFS.

But GFS is still freakin' sweet, and if it fit, I'd totally have it in my build on a Fire Melee scrapper.

I imagine that it would have a confirmation window, so you can't kill an unwilling teammate, and wouldn't leave a corpse (like Self Destruction from the Cyborg Pack) so it couldn't be used for corpse-bombing/veng-baiting.

CoH overrides certain windows shortcuts. Alt+F4 temporarily switches you to your first alt tray, then uses the bottom inspiration in your 4th column.

It's been a long time since I've looked at stalkers, but isn't the "crit" on ET for stalkers regular damage to target with no damage to self?

I'm gonna throw in with the "You can, but I don't wanna!" crowd. Granted, it's not like skipping Head Splitter, but it would just feel odd to skip the T9.

Cloud Senses. It took me quite a while to find it on the wiki, because I was looking for the wrong name, and had no idea which set that was. :P

Both of those are Gold Rolls/Merit Rolls. Since it seems that most people don't roll in the low levels, Gold rolls in the low end always are hard to find.

You may want to save up the merits to buy them outright. Someone may have one for sale, but if not, anyone who farms one for you will probably expect to be paid appropriately for a recipe that costs almost as many merits as a LotG +Rech or a Numi Unique.

And for those who are going to say "That's what they should have done!" - They did that once already. The Cathedral of Pain was a major feature of City of Villains/Issue 6. Nine issues later, it's still en absentia. And people are still upset about it.

When you use the slash command, make sure you type it as above, do NOT use the @ usually added to globals - the command adds that for you.

This bug has been around forever. It seems to get really bad after each new Issue, then slowly fade as they release performance-improving patches.

If it's really bad for you, /bug it when it happens. Include the server you were on and the zones you came from and went to. If one is a mission, include the mission and contact names. It doesn't hurt to add date and time, but I'm fairly sure that's included in the info packet automatically sent in every /bug report.

This won't guarantee a fix, or even that a fix gets implemented quicker, but the more data they have, the better chance they have of figuring it out.

Victory is weird. It's usually in the 6-8 range, but I've seen it at the lowest rank, and I've seen it squeeze between Virtue and Infinity on occasion.
