I had a screwy mouse for a while, and it liked to let go of enhancements early. I replaced ONE IO unintentionally. It's a small pain, but you can always find a path from the Enhancement Tray to the slot you want that doesn't involve passing over the wrong slot.

/unsigned for overcomplicating a system that works fine.

To the first point: Just add a check box that says "Automatically combine enhancements" to the combine window. If it's checked, no combine window, just a "Success" or "Failure" pop-up. Turning off the auto-combine would be possible from the Options window. But don't completely take away a system that some people may want to keep using.
  5. Once GR is out, I'll probably never roll another scrapper, unless I really want a set that brutes don't have access to, like Broadsword/Katana.

Putting a proc in Surveillance will make enemies aggro on you. I'm not sure if it's every time, or only when the proc triggers. Just a warning, in case you took that for the debuff, rather than just as a set mule.

That means when you're running level 34 missions from Ouro, you'll have access to your level 38 power. For many characters the level 38 power is an important one (especially farming tanks who desperately need that last attack).

    TFs/SFs will exemp you to 25, 30, or 35, I believe.
    Again, Why 34?

If you keep your Teir 9 all the way to 27, tha means that you'd have it when exemping to 29 for 25-29 Flashbacks, or to 30 for most TFs, or to 28 for Moonfire.

But in all those cases, you'd keep your T9, but lose your level 34 set bonuses.

    WP/DB Tank
    Inv/DB Tank
DB/SR is really good, but solo, you're going to hate the first 30 levels or so.

DB/WP and WP/DB are tight builds, because you'll want most of the powers from each set. It will probably be the easiet ride to 50 though.

DB/Inv and Inv/DB will be the easiest to find powers to skip or put off until later, meaning that you'll have less of the "I need four different powers that are available, but can only pick one" situations.

I, personally, wouldn't pick any of the tank choices, because I dislike the low damage and the "tank playstyle", even though I love the high defense and resists.

Since I don't PVP, I could be way off base, but I've heard that DB stinks for PVP. Hopefully, someone with PVP experience can confirm or deny that.
  9. I wouldn't exactly call him "Patriotic", but the Comedian from the Watchmen wore what could be called a patriotic costume, after he dropped the horrible yellow jumpsuit.

Your Teir 9 in your primary is unlocked at level 32. Therefore, you can exemplar as low as 27 and keep access to it. Where are you getting 34 from?

This was also the first (or maybe second?) Double XP Weekend with Super sidekicking. Why didn't you grab one of those high level toons and join a lowbie team?

We don't know whether the 60 days counts from visiting Wentworth's or when your account goes inactive. But we definitely know your goods are safe indefinitely as long as your account is active.
I deactivated my second account for nearly 4 months, and when I reactivated it, still had items on the market on several characters.

    So what we know is:
-Your items and bids on the market will not be deleted as long as your account remains active.
-Your items and bids on the market might eventually be deleted some day, if your account becomes inactive.

Others have told me that he said that Inf would not transfer from one side to the other (implying that you would either have two separate totals, or that it would reset to 0 when you switch sides, though neither was explicitly stated), but if he did, it didn't make it into any of the videos or podcasts I watched.
  15. Yeah, my "Bull" comment was aimed not at the ratio, but at the likelyhood of getting enough kills to generate 1k purples in 2 days. It works out to 11.5 kills per second, before factoring in zoning, moving from one enemy to the next, sleeping, peeing, eating, clearing inventory, and any number of other not-killing-stuff actions.

And if you're 25+, Ouroboros will take you to both Independence Port and Founders Falls.

    any other thoughts?
I assume that your Charged Rounds would add energy damage, and be electric themed? If so, I like the idea - Electric is easily my favorite element in this game.

However, stuns aren't a typical effect for electric. Only a couple attacks, like Lightning Clap, have stun. Most have Sleep, and usually a fairly low chance.

This isn't the right place for a suggestion, though. I suggest clicking the scales under your name on the original post, and asking a mod to move this to the Suggestions forum in the report box.

That would make no sense at all.

Would you pay millions of Inf to fund a recruiting drive for your SG, that only people who are already in the SG could see?

To Necrotech: The tech is already in place to put real-world ads on the bilboards. That means that all they'd have to implement is a way to pay for the bilboard, and a way to upload the image.

Come to think of it, they'd have to implement a review panel for the uploaded images to make sure it didn't turn into City of Genitals, so even though it would be more work up front, it would probably be less in the long run to give us an in-game editor with various fonts and clip art to work with.

    [Edit-Clarification]
    1) Is this also bugged in the sense that it'll give endurance back to the targeted enemy like that one EndMod proc, or does it work properly?
    2) Will it have a chance to give +end only to the caster, or everyone in the Heal radius?
Performance Shifter isn't bugged. It works exactly as it is meant to: It gives Endurance to the target when it procs. In Stamina, the target is you. In Speed Boost, the target is your teammate. In Accelerate Metabolism, the targets are you and all nearby teammates. And in Lightning Bolt, the target is the enemy. Obviously, the proc wasn't intended to be used in attacks, even though it is possible to use it there.

The Theft of Essence proc is totally different though. It is meant to go into an attack - that means that you will always be targeting an enemy with it. This proc is set to grant +End to the caster. That means that it will never affect an enemy, nor will it ever affect a teammate.

However, in a power like Transference, it will try to proc on you when you cast it, then when the pseudopet casts its power that causes the heal, the proc will try to fire on the pet. The second proc is useless, but that is how it works.

Not quite. You can't get more than 5 copies of a bonus with the same name.

That's 5 each of Small, Moderate, Large, Huge, Ultimate, and Luck of the Gambler.

This is relevant because Huge and Luck of the Gambler both grant 7.5% recharge, but since they have different names, you can have up to 5 of each and be in the clear.

Note that when I say "names", I mean the names of the bonus, not the set that grants the bonus. Check your Attributes Monitor to see the names of the bonuses.

EDIT: Weird, when I posted this reply, Adeon's response wasn't there, even though he posted it almost an hour and a half before me....
