I ran into a strangely bugged Freakshow mission last night. It was the one where you're given the holographic disguise which lasts for 15 minutes. So, off I go in my spiky armor and faux mohawk, arrive in Skyway City, click on the sewer opening and it tells me...
"You must exit your active mission before entering a new one."
What the...? So I figure, maybe it has something to do with still having some Tsoo to kill on my hunt mission; take care of that and I'll be able to access the mission. I take out the Tsoo with some difficulty, and by the time I finish them the disguise's batteries have, of course, run out.
I head back over to Skyway, click on the sewer grate again, and...
"You must exit your active mission before entering a new one."
This is currently the only mission I've got, so what's up with this bug?
