Totally agree.

My way of saying thanks for the outstanding line art he did of Rocket Boy. He's a controller but he asked for dual pistols and I think it totally works.

Silver Spectre

Rocket Boy and Green Radiance in a loving embrace. Had to do this one after nixing Green out of the other Rocket Boy picture. Tried to explain that the picture was more of an origins type deal and The Patriot Princess was before she came into the picture but.... Had a lot of trouble with Green's right cheek and leg but finally got it to a point I'm okay with it. Who knows, I may go back and tweak it some more. I'm crazy busy and needed closure.

The thing I really love about Shuler's poser art is the amount of "life" he's able to put in the faces of the characters.

Looking good! Digital art is great for that. Lord knows the virtual cutting room floor is littered with layers from images I've done. Always a little nerve racking putting your stuff out there for the first time but I guess for me, even that made me better. Once I got over that, I found that I'm better able to concentrate on my images.

Anyways.... preachmode off.

You captured him perfectly! Amazing. He's an energy blaster but the funny thing is when I created him, I really wanted a Flash Gordonesque ray gun. The rifle was just too big and Ramboish so I went with energy. But everything from the pants, jacket and helmet are exactly how I wanted him to look. You have mad skills my friend. I'm busy as hell but let me know if your interested in me working up one of you characters in 3-D. Been into it about a year but I think I'm getting the hang of it.

Your stuff rocks and screams several things to me.

1. You need an art account somewhere you can set up an on-line gallery.

2. Your stuff would really rock being colored by some of the talent here.

3. The style of your artwork would really fit my toon Rocket Boy and as luck would have it, he's available....

4. You should consider commisions.

I switch fom Corel Photo Paint to PSP. Really like Photo paint and I was used to it. Took awhile to get used to PSP but getting there. My only gripe is the lack of really good books on PSP techniques for the type of stuff I do which is postwork of non-photographic work. Adding effects and such.
