Blood Ghoul looked in to the van and randomly grabs a great arm full of high tech death machines .

Blood Ghoul , as is his way , took the direct approach , and stepped in to the road to the rear of the convoy , and , with his inhuman power , leaped onto the rear of the following Police car .
There he unleashed a hail of blows at the car , pouring vast amounts of dark magic into pounding the car into the ground .

Under his blows the chassis buckled and snapped , gas gushed from the fuel tank , the tires burst , window glass exploded under the pressure , and police offices screamed .

To add to the terror Blood Ghoul shape shifted back into his natural form , great talon tipped hands ripping the car’s metal as if it was paper , his teeth filled maw wide as he screamed in delight …..

((to keep thing in simple rather than a grp tp and as BG doesn’t have that power pool , the transport works as a temp power base teleport to BG’s Paragon base (the lost graves), from there people can go in what ever direction they like , seem the best way for all to TP when they are scattered all over the map ))

as far as this IC shapechanging i play that he can change his face and basic body shape , basically any human male or huge slider shape ...so he ranged from beast like to ghoul like to human like to human ....

You wont need Blood Ghoul's cossie file he is a shapechanger and IC will make a new look for any crime this noteworthy

What method of IC communication should we use , this thread , the NWA Channel , forum PM or in game emails ? ..here I mean talking to NWA as a whole , not to individuals .

Do we as NWA member have a IC “phone” list to contact fellow members individually ?

Do we have a “current” members list , as new people join .

My Character Blood ghoul , by his Djinn nature is a shapeshifter and has a Varity of different looks , not just costume but also different AT alts , so given that how do members ID themselves to each other ?

Do we have a logo ?

How open/closed are we going to make the RP events ?

my villain base ia a bit small and basic ..but i can set up a room for a meeting ..any idea of numbers ?

it is an age old RP problem , how close do you tie your RP into existing game Lore with out taking ownership of that part of the Lore . CoX has such thin lore with so many holes and Dev who show no consistent development path , any Idea tied in runs the risk of lore conflict .


That said the Devs do give us , Vanguard cosies , lore super/villain group logos , and the whole VEAT tie in to the main villain group , which does seem they are encouraging us to make characters who live and work inside the in game groups .

In the case of a US branch of Dawn Patrol , I guess its how close you want to be to the lore Dawn Patrol , or if you a just treating it as a ex pats club , under a brand name .
The important thing is that you are RPing ..and that gets you a big thumbs up .. go for it ..after all everyone loves to watch a crash and burn and get to say I told you so ..But if you can have fun doing it its still a win .. I say go for it and see what happens ..most ideas mutate under the glare of RP, and you have already shown that you are prepared to listen to what others say , which makes you a good RPer from the start …

I would not worry too much Beyond Reach ..villains chaos is very chaos lite ..after all it is so much better to prey upon a well ordered city , you know where all the good stuff will be kept .The chaos carried out is more a matter of the style of the thing .

i know you said your not a major melee fan but try a Brute , i , in the past , player a lot of controllers , defenders or blasters ..but i was told to try a brute ..and they are such fun , good damage out put , excellent protection , you can take on mobs you other AT's flee from ..I had not player any Villain beyond the low 20s before , but i took my brute to 50 and it was fun all the way ..
