I was getting tips regularly. I went a couple of mishes without getting the Morality mission, and then I got it the next mish.
I've played several level ranges of characters since the patch, and they've all been getting tips. -
I thought maybe it was just my perception. After 140+ mobs without a tip, I no longer believe it is just percepction.
I don't know if the problem is just on Liberty, or just on the villain side of liberty, but there is no way I will buy that it's just my perception any longer. -
I noticed that the drop rate for tips has dropped (no pun intended) since the patch on 01/27/2011. On the Liberty server, I asked in the LB channel chat room and several people are saying the same thing. One person said it took about 20 radio missions to get 1 tip. I have done 10 missions or so between story line and newspaper and have not gotten a single tip (and no, I don't have 3 tips already, I have 0).
Anyone else seeing this?
