Hell yes, Perma-PA, Perma-Hasten, Perma-AM. And Ill/Rad can not only solo AVs, but GMs. I just soloed a Winter Lord zone spawn (not the Lord of Winter's Domain, the regular one) last night with mine.

I'd say Virtue's the bestest of all, but then people'd transfer there, and then they'd act stupid, and then BAM! we're Freedom Mark Two! So... Anywhere BUT Virtue.

Swift can't take any travel IO sets either. Not Run, not Fly, and not Universal.

I'm not concerned with the threat generation data, but I'd KILL to have the global recharge factored into the data tabs! /signed.

If you don't already have one, grab a steadfast res/def for indomitable will, and a set of 6 gaussian's fire control for TT:Leadership. that's 5.5% right there. If you've already got the steadfast, Multistrike for pbaoes gives def to AoE and ranged in its set bonuses, so there's another 1.88%. Detonation is a junk targeted aoe set and also give 1.88% buff to AoE, and you being a widow have several targeted aoes. (in theory).

Softcap AOE, then enough +recharge to perma mind link. After that slot for whatever suits your fancy.

I took it on my widow for the +end in hard fights/huge groups. She's already softcap plus to every vector, so the defense is generally uncessary, but when you're trying to shank an AV that extra recovery really helps. Well, and I threw a LoTG global in there, so there's that too.

Blueside pretty much any scrapper pairing (nods to fire/wp and spines/dark) and redside any brute (ss/wp, ss/sr) or MM (bots/dark, thugs/dark, thugs/poison) will get you to 50 in short order.

Was flipping through world.guns.ru and saw this SMG which would make an awesome pistol model. It's a PRC weapon called the Chang Fang, which I'm sure means something in Chinese but is just a name to this Westerner.







EDIT: Another random link in the SMG section found this high tech lookin' toy, which is even basically pistol shaped yet sci fi lookin'. It's called the Kriss Super V, and apparently there's only four or five of 'em in all the world at the moment.

There's not much reason I can think of not to merge the server lists. It's not a server merger (with all the chaos and doom associated with them) but merely a bookkeeping convenience. I say merge them lists! /signed.

Crabs have a fair bit of resistance, an army of pets, passable defenses, a pretty good heal/hp boost, and a massive amount of aoe damage. They don't excel in any one place compared to a brute, but the total package is extremely competitive.

I've bought all the booster packs, I'm just saying that up front. What I'd pay for in terms of future boosters is:

1) Animated ****ing hair. Literally or not.
2) The Sybil Dresses from Cimeroa. I cannot in words describe how much I want those available to my characters.
3a) Related to 1: Animated tails.
3b) More tail options.
4) More animal heads/body options. I'm not all that big on anthropomorphic animals, but damn it, the option would be nice if I felt so inclined.
5) More decent permatemp powers like Ninja Run and Mystic Fortune. Particularly a self-buff one.

That's what's on my "I'd pay $10 for" list. Any of my other wants are primarily in the realm of powerset proliferation (Martial Arts Brutes, damn it!) and not relevant to the discussion.

For what it's worth, the absolute fugliness of Granite is one of the reasons I refuse to roll a stone armor character. The fact it's got a stonking huge stack of attached debuffs is another reason () but if it wasn't a total model replace with the lame-o DE Granite monster asset I'd possibly at least consider rolling one at some point. Maybe.

I'm probably going to use either "stock" bullets or toxic rounds, and pair it with dark miasma or radiation on a corruptor and with mental on a blaster.

Those ARE the reduced endurance values. IIRC FA used to cost about a third more end/sec than even the .78/sec it is now.

I assume you've tried this, but have you considered cranking down the brightness on your monitor? That might help a bit more than just cutting down particle effects. *shrug* Just a thought.
