Technically, even in a normal arc they can still appear as AVs if the team size and difficulty allows for it.

You know thanks to the Save and Load costume feature even though I can't technically select any of my characters from the character selection and stick them in a mission I should still be able to easily recreate them as NPCs. -

I would like to try the feature before it comes out but I probly won't put much effort into it on the Test Server. I just want to use that time to learn the system before it goes live after that then I'll actully start putting the effort into my missions.
It's basically the learn how to use and the limitations of said system before I dive in head first on the live server. -
Considering in normal missions multiple NPCs can have the same name and people will want to recreate their own characters in the missions you should be able to reuse names if they're taken or not.

Well, lets put it this way. It appears that there is allready 1 filter active when you click on the Market by default. That is the "For Sale or Bidding" meaning that items not currently avalible won't be listed.
You can still search for them and bid on them weather they're avalible or not but if you're only looking at avalible items they wouldn't show up.
Allso there is something other than alphabeticle in play unless they changed it. I've seen lists that go from a-z and then back to a again grouping items togeather according to how rare they were to find. The last time I really looked at it though was before i13 so it may of changed sence then so it's just alphabeticle now. -

Sence when does the Market load every single item?
All I see is a catigory menue to one side where you can search for spicific items and on the other side seems to be a random list of stuff (and I say random list because the items listed there seem to be different damn near every time I click on the market.) but it sertainly is not every single item you could possibly search for.
Items appear to be listed according to how rare they are and in alfibetical order. Try looking for something like a costume recipie in the so called list of everything and let me know if you find it.
Some items I never find unless I look under that spicific catigory because they're never even listed in the "list of everything" yeah it's a freaking huge list I'll give you that but it's not everything. -

I have read that there are like 160 arcs on the architect now, in closed beta with a relative handful of people making them. By the time it gets to live there could be thousands of arcs.
Do we have to download every arc every time we try to access it? If so, I can see my machine exploding and me being completly unable to play it.
Is there a type of filter where you can download only certain missions?

You shouldn't have to download anything. The missions are saved on the game, not your computer. -
My main consern with the mission creator is the Testing aspect of the game.
I've delt with player created games (not MMOs but just stupid little pixle games) in the past and I've noticed the main problem with them is that most people will not bother to test their own content to see if it's even possible to complete. I have litterally seen player created content that consisted of an enemy sitting right on top of you so as soon as the game STARTS you've allready failed before you can even press a button.
My sugestion to get arround this, make it so you're not even allowed to publish any content untill you as the creater can complete the mission in testing. This way there's no way for untested content to be published for other users.
It would allso be nice for testing purpuses if the mission designer does not get debt for dying in a mission and in the window with "go to Hospital" you get another button to send you back to the editor. You can still be rezed as normal if you're testing with a team or have the ability to rez yourself but the designer should be able to send himself back to the editor after being killed in a mission while it's still in the testing phaise.
My other concern is editing AFTER it's allready been published. Say, I want to change the look of an Elite Boss in one of my missions but it's allready a published mission, I make a spelling mistake that I didn't notice originally and want to go back and correct it, or just new content get reliced and I want to add to a story arch. Can I go back and reedit my published content?
Again if I could, I still think the same rules apply, test before you republish.
I'd allso wondering, if I am working on editing a story arch that I've allready published would the original version still be active untill I publish my changes to it and will I loose my rateing for updateing an allready published story arch? -

That was my plan B.
I was either looking for a simple way to attach the camera to an NPC the same way it follows the player around or was going to have someone else follow me around and film from a second angle.
Allso while I'm thinking about it. I had an issue with Stalker's hide in a video. After I had activated Hide my character could still be seen af if hide wasn't on at all or I had been attacking. I'm kinda glad this happened in a way because it kinda forces me to work around it and truely make the character invisable rather than just see through. My plan is basically to film the scene twice, once with the visable character, and the other time removeing the character from the video completly. -
I have yet another question after a long time of ignoreing this topic.
Is there any way useing the demo editor that I can change who the camera is focused on so like insted of seeing the mission from my point of view I can see it from the point of view of one of the NPCs I was fighting.
I'm thinking I could get some nice footage this way from different angles if I just keep filming the same stuff from different NPC points of view. I would mainly want to use this for EBs or higher sence their fights useually last longer it'd work great for adding dialog as I could easily show the face of the person talking rather than staring at the back of my head as I talk and fight. -
I've never worked for Fiddler on the Roof. I might in the future, I think SRT is doing it again next year.

Note: The Set IOs joke was funny but didn't fit well with the story or the original title because Setzuan is the name of a town in one of the Asian countrys I can't remember which one.
Painting Churches
"Aggravating Searches" (Balshor)
Note: Like the title allthough the story idea didn't really fit the original plot which was basically a woman visiting her parrents and helping them move. There were boxes all over the stage. The reason it was called "Painting Churches" Church was the last name of the family in the play and the daughter was a profecinal artist who was working on a painting of her parents while helping them move. I'm going to change this in me looking for an apartment insted of a team and forget about the "painting" part of the story which still fits in that title and kind of what the play was play was doing without the family aspect.
Camelot
"Cimerora" (Rial Vestro)
Note: It was a toss up between this or Croatoa and sence the first episode will be takeing place there I see no reason why I should do 2 episodes there. At least in the same season so Cimerora got the job.
P.S. Balshor I've been useing your Demo editor for my videos. Some how I got you confused with Zloth for a while but I have you credited in the video for the demo editor in the last video I did. It's the one I'll be posting on Thursday. -

The thing is, I was working crew for that show, I wasn't in it, and I actully HATED the show so don't remember much about it other than our set was otter crap.
Quite litterally half of back stage was exsposed so you had to actully go down stares into the green room and come back up the stairs on the other side just to get across the stage without being seen. -

If it helps one of Gothic Sword's swords is actully the Excalibur... which he stole... from another dimention... so there are now two of them in our dimention... Miss Liberty has our dimetion's Excalibur.

I'm a theater geek and just to show how much of a theater geek I am, I've compiled a list of every show I have ever been involved with. What I need help with is that I want to spoof these plays and I need some sugestions for titles. They're going in order so the first 5 are the most important to me right now.
The Character I'm useing for the spoof is "Gothic Sword" so if you can work his name into the title or just use things found in game.
Some of these have my own sugestions by them but you can do your own if you like. If I like yours better I'll scrap my ideas.

No actully he said that they are born pregnant and if you feed a Tribble too much you get a whole bunch of little Tribbles. He said nothing about them actully haveing any organs or body. He did say that because he couldn't find a body he can't figure out how they eat or reproduce.

So I've been putting out these trailers and I haven't really had any idea of what I was actully going to do in the show in terms of plot and episodes.
Then it finnally hit me! The title Breaking the 4th Wall comes from a term I learned in Theater and sence I'm breaking the 4th wall anyway I've decided to film episodes that parody plays I have done over the years. I was going to do each season by the year then I realized when I started out I wasn't really doing many shows. Still I gathered up info on every show I've ever worked in order and seperated them for 5 episodes a season. The following is my current list and any sugestions on Parody names would be appriciated...

Ironically, I'll bet serious money that the lower zone count in CoV was actually a *deliberate* decision to improve player concentrations in the zones, specifically the fix the "empty zone" problem that plagued and still plagues some zones on some servers at times.

Again this is why so many people play heroes and not villains.
You do realize that BECAUSE villains are all crowded into a single zone and heroes aren't that it makes more lag for the villain zones.
BTW people seem to be forgetting Abyss and Monster Island villain side. They were actully the last two new zones added villain side not G'ville.
Monster Island actully got no information reliced about it but the zone is conected to G'ville and was launched in the same update that brought Abyss (villain hami raid zone) and the Statesman TF for heroes to parallel the Hive (Hero Hami Raide zone) and Lord Recluse SF.
I'm not really sure what the purpus of Monster Island is but the entrence can be found on the north side of G'ville.
BTW here's a list of zones I've still never even been in quoteing the list from earlier.

So total there are 4 exclusivly hero zones I have never even seen. More to the point, 3 of them I have no idea how to even reach them.
In all the zones I have been in I've never found the entrances to thoughs 3 zones.
My guess would be Fire Base Zulu as that's really the only zone I have been in and not fully exsplored as I didn't have fly at the time and I really suck at trying to navigate through the jump holes. They're frustrating and I hate them.
I do have fly now but I haven't really gone back there to try and exsplore the area. I really should some time though. -

So the devs could spend their time creating more content for the smaller segment of the player base... or they could spend their time creating content for the larger segment of the player base... or they could spend their time creating content for both segments simultaneously...

Hero side has been around longer which is why they have more content, more players, and just plain more everything.
Villain side is still playing catch up. They can't really add new content to both sides equill because they first have to make both sides equill.
They could get more players on the villain side if they add more zones, contacts, and other things for villains to do that Heroes allready have.
Another good example is the number of TFs. Heroes have Positron, Synapse, Sister Psyche, Citadel, Maticore, and Numina while villains only have Ice Mistral. Hell heroes get to do their first TF at level 10, Ice Mistral isn't even till 35.
Statesman and Lord Recluse are equill to eachother so that's a good thing.
Then there's the TFs not run by signature characters and again the amount of TFs hero side greatly outnumbers the villains.
Heroes all around have WAY more to do than Villains do. Hell heroes don't even have to do radio missions if they don't want to but villains are required to do newspapers between contacts because there's nothing else avalible for them.
This all contributes to why there's less population villain side so by adding more content to villains they'd be increasing the population.
Now keep in mind I'm not saying they shouldn't add more Hero content, I'm just saying villain content should be a hier priority till both sides are actully equill to eachother. -

In regards to EarthWyrm, I play on the Freedom Server. I belive one of the first servers to get Hami raids down pact and use to do them every day around the same time if I wasn't working that night. This was only on Hero side though.
Hami Raids are the one thing villain side I've never done. I've been in the zone, I've looked for people at different times but that zone allways seems to be vancant. There's an occasion 2nd villain running around doing the same thing I am, wondering when a raid is going to happen, but that's it.
Preddy much everyone has been ignoreing IOs possibly because of the fact they can allso be slotted for Multiple uses (dmg/acc for example) and are easier to get.
At any rate I'd gladly take an HO over an IO any day... if a day ever comes when a raid will actully happen.
Whatever happen to MySpace Brian? He'd make raids come back. (He was the one who allways lead the raids Hero side on Freedom.)
I'm sure there are still Hami raids going on but they're either less frequent or aren't planed for a spicific time anymore. (That's what really made it easy. Log on between 8-9 pm and end up at a raid.)
Anyway back on topic...
I wander, if we can use the mission creator for Trails or Task Forces? They said you can choose the mission objective so what if I want to make it into a TF with a minimum team requirement of 5 and level requirement of 45-50. Another special requirement for the person accessing the TF (otherwise known as the team leader) is the 3 month Vet Badge. (This is something simular to the badge requirements for accessing Katie and Lord Recluse.)
