Well, guys, I am sorry it went down like it did... We put in the effort, but for thr first time ever, we didn't have enough melee people :O
Anyway, I can't make it this coming weekend, but I am sure Cath will be around. I will try to get an EoE farm or two run - we need those EoE, espcially if the yellows stay up for too long. Good luck, Team Triumph - kick some wobbly Jello butt! -

We need 45-50 people to pull this off - bring friends. Also bring EoE if you have them.
We need at least 6 brutes WITH taunt (who can survive a few yellow hits). We need at least 6 dominators (which looks like it might be the Weed Team ;-). We need 2-3 pain, 2+rad and 1-2 cold corruptors. Past that, bring what you got (a dark miasma or two of some AT would be helpful, more rads are always more good, kins are very valuable. Any melee toon with FAST damage is very welcome. Toons with holds are always valuable for both green and blue teams). -

I haven't changed anything (and I did take out some of the fire because it was causing lag issues for my SG)... HOWEVER, I would be very happy to have some base tours of the 'New Mall of Overbrook' brought to the city by the generosity of the Pandimentional Defence Force.

We can still try - the only real issue is that we need NUMBERS - villainside (and really hero as well) runns a HECK of a lot better at 50 people than 35 - kinda like the difference between softcapped defense - and NOT.
We can gather, and if it doesn't go down, we can at least EoE fam in anticipation of a future villain run

All kidding aside, I've met some amazing friends in game! OK - so I agree not this coming weekend. I am very 'meh' about the superbowl, but I get that some of y'all are sports geeks lookin to get your game on... Next weekend would give people time to level up villains, and do some EoE farming. However, next weekend is a little iffy since Sunday is actually Valentine's Day while Sat is the more likely day for lovey-dovey crap.... errrr... romantic time together...
Truth is that I *would* prefer to do it on Sunday Feb 14th but at 4 or 5 EST (so 1-2 PST), i.e. Get it done before dinner so no one gets in trouble with their significant others. Would that work for folks?
Also - toons we NEED to have come out and play are brutes WITH taunt; pain,kin and rad corruptors (and mm) with 1 or 2 darks; DOMS!! (forts are nice, but they can't get the mag 6 + mag 6 slap down of 2 domination-boosted holds...) Essentially, we will run this like the heroside: a team of Brutes with taunt will be yellow taunt (with a designated Hami brute). "Melee teams" will consist of brutes, stalkers, nightwidows, banes, and MMs with melee pets. Range teams will be corruptors, crabs, MMs with ranged pets, blast-focused banes. Hold team will be dominators and fortunatas (extra forts will be on ranged teams - I would like as many doms as possible). Based on prior runs - we will end up with WAYYYYY enough melee team, and a little light on blast and hold teams... but c'est la vie. -
