It's not 100% how i have it in game because there's PvP set's in the build to help with end. Still a good build though.

It's intended... Jess cleared most of it up.

I guess the devs want everyone to be effected by knockback unless they have a 10000% resistance to KB power.

I'm offering to personally show you that there is tons of powers that can stop or at least hugely hinder SS. That's powers as well, not travel suppression.


Predatory: TP can be used, you just need to time it right. And targeted AoE moves can be very useful in PvP.

I assure you Spines/Regen is very good in PvP. I've not got a build to follow while levelling but i have got a level 50 build you can have a look at.

lols at this thread now.... So what if the hand prints farmed prestige every night for the past 2 years? They're still at the top and that's all this thread was about. If they did it without farming at all then an extra well done to them.

Everyone has a different definition of farming.... Look at the MA farming threads for example. So no point in splitting hairs.


Coin is right about the ranking system, no-one knows for sure who is the most active etc. Except we do know without datamining who the best PvP'ers are.

Just leave your congratz or just leave this thread tbh.

Well as you know i gave you Speed and medicine as that will keep you alive the longest in duels but it all depends on what you want your tank to do?

Duels or team PvP/zonal?

I'm personally finding that in zonal, jumping powers are becoming less important because of all the -jump there is. So, if it was out of jumping and medicine pools i'd go for aid self. Fly is obviously better now than it was but for a tank i think it's pretty useless as it's still the slowest and catching people will be a problem.

If your wanting your tank to be a duel king then travel power isn't really that important at all so just choose what you'd rather have. Medicine is a must imo.

Just be aware that even though this isn't i12 it is still very much rock, paper and scissors and no matter what build you go for and what IO set's you use there will always be something that can beat it.

That's the exact thing i was referring to and the point i was making.

If done correctly that could be a good solution.

I've just popped there myself to test it out and unfortunately it's perfectly fine for me. I have had a good jump round and i've not found one bit of lag.

The reason i haven't replied is because i don't know how to actually explain it...

The new PvP sets aren't really comparable to any of the others. Purp set's have larger bonuses than the PvP ones but with the possibility of getting 12 bonuses per set out weighs that i guess.

It all depends on what Inf you have and if you can be bothered to work out if they will be more effective than the sets on mids, cause if i'm honest i can't. I've only actually used one PvP set and that was on my blaster to replace the kinetic crash set on power thrust.... It was obvious the bonuses would be better

So with the base 100% taken off it is 400% and that's what will show up in combat attributes.

That's what the figures show but not always the case. I went to sell one and the last 5 bids were 115 mill. I put it up for 90 mill as i'm not as greedy as some and it didn't sell after a week. Ended up taking it off and using it.

Just wait till support get back to you. i'm sure they will sort it out so you can play on the US servers again.

I will say that you must've been on one of the French or German servers when you tried the EU servers as there's loads of English speaking people on Union and Defiant ( the 2 English servers)

You no longer get xp from people 7 level highers than you? whether you are SKed or not. (not taken into consideration of ranks, i mean actually levels, a lvl 45 should still get xp from a 52 boss for example.

So a level 10 Sked to 49 won't get xp from a 52. It'll stop powerleveling nearly straight away and the impact isn't that harsh on other people.

I've got Pokemon Stadium on the N64 if i want to do that.

Posi mentioned (or someone else did, i can't fully remember) to give villains higher rewards. Something that, if kept balanced and reasonable could work.

It's unfair for you to blame the program for something your not doing right. Test server sets it's self up with ease.
