Only Rads/ i have seen is me on a rad/sonic fender and an SG member on a rad/psi.
Most people think rad is **** cause of the toggle drops. -

You can get recipes in an arena match.
Rep valid kills are all that matter, so while you'll never physically get rep in an arena match you still have your 1% chance for a PvP recipe every 5 minutes. -

I've been in zones for quite a few years now and i've never seen PvP'ers with Elec's..... Only the odd one coming in for a laugh.
I know an SG swore by them and went to the US to do the same concept over there but i'm pretty sure it was just that. A concept. So maybe the EU's Elec "fad" may have stemmed from that?
EU has always used Ice and Fire blasters... Even when Psi was proliferated Ice and Fire were still FotM's. -

The same sort of thing really...
For heroes it's fire/sonic/psi /Energy blasters. Mind/emp trollers. MA/FM /regen scraps and Fire/SS Tanks.
For Vills it's just Domi's and PD's with an occasional therm chucked in and Energy/Elec/Spines /Regen or /Ninjitsu Stalkers.
That's about as much variety as you'll fine on Union anyway. -

We use a Pain Dom/Domi combo.... Not that many EU folk have cottoned on to the KB protection so it's rapage.

TRTerror is right about Union.... It has loads more and better quality PvP than the other 3 EU servers.
As for PvP SG's, there's still a few around.
The Super Union is the by far the best PvP SG. The entry requirements are quite high which is one of the reasons why the SG is as good as it is. Only the best players get invited, who ultimately become great friends. Something to aim for.
There's also dotRedemption who are a newish SG with quite a few members. Main leader is @Kumori so he's the guy to contact about membership and more info.
Then there's PlayGroup.... These guys aren't a true PvP SG but they do PvP a lot. PG invite anyone or anything that moves so their standards are lower. Might be a place to start while your getting to know the Union players but i wouldn't plan on staying their permanently.
No-one else is worth mentioning really. Hope this helps. -
Pious, that weekend is now dxp weekend.... You may want to postpone your event for one week to maximise on participants.

Well hopefully the servers will get merged soon... They've merged everything else and there's only so long they can run the EU servers on minimal profit.
Then we can probably just about get a test ladder back up and running. -

Well you know i'm in dude as well as the whole of the SU/Disruption.
An 8v8 will be epic and with only those AT's it'll be more about skill than button mashing..... Here's hoping for interest
