I don't think this idea is necessarily BAD in concept, but definitely could use some tweaking.

Tying it to the power taunt is very limiting. Even stalkers had their inherent changed so that it wasn't completely reliant on a power from their sets, let alone one that many feel is optional.

I do like the single target, non-AoE aspect of it. It could help some solo-woes of Tanks in terms of pacing without pushing the AoE mass death capabilities that they are capable of handling.

Personally, I don't believe tanks need a damage buff to be improved, but if they were to get one, this is pretty close to how I'd like it to look.

Those percentages are for the secondary effects that the attacks have. Jab has stun, Hurl has KB, and KO Blow has a hold component. Other procs (such as IO's) may be listed there as well.

Not just that, but you get 4 solid single target attacks with great range, decent secondary effect (-recharge) AND Will Domination can slot the purple Placate proc for massive rage causing power.

Ice isn't that good anymore. Psi, Sonic, Fire and Archery (I know, right?) are all doing well with lots of anticipation for Rad Blast.

/EM is still a great secondary though.

I love that sword almost as much as I love Cinnabon.

I'd call him more of a low-grade conspiracy theorist. After all, he's proposed that the devs have been conspiring against tanks, the invuln set, and comic books in general for some time now.

All conspiracy theories, just not of any real significance to the rest of us.

First thing I thought of when I read the subject

If you're in zone, the best advice I can give is to team. On your own, you won't get many kills against savvy players by yourself. With someone else to lock an enemy down and set up for a big hit while you go in for the AS, you'll do a lot better.

As far as arena matches go, try to catch your opponent napping. Go in and wear down their HP with hit and run tactics and get them to burn whatever self heals they have. Once you see them use it (Healing Flames, Reconstruction, etc), go in for a heavy offense and pray. It isn't impossible to get solo kills on stalkers, but it definitely is harder than it used to be.

Not sure about the rest, but I don't think anyone can really claim they beat lolVirtue "consistently". lolVirtue was never on the ladder long enough for consistent losses. (both times).

An extremely IO'd Fire/Fire tank could do it, but it wouldn't be easy or cheap.

This isn't true in PvE, unless you're electric melee.

Which always strikes me as funny. I love my EM/Elec and essentially trivialized most of the game's content with it, then people came out saying how gimp /elec was. I honestly couldn't believe it until I started to run some comparisons with some other melee toons I had. Then I'd read about people complaining that some enemies in this game are too hard.

Nope. Even if you were at the recharge cap (something even full teams can't often do), you'd still have some downtime.

Yeah, but getting the accolades means you can free up those heal slots for other powers. It's a bit more effort, but worth it in the long run.

If you want a dual purpose build, go with Elec/WP. If you want a primarily PvE build with PvP as a "when I feel like it" style, go Elec/Nin.

With WP, it's very easy to self cap your HP with just HPT and the accolades. Both sets have a click heal, so Hasten is always recommended (plus it gets Lightning Rod available more often).
