It's more of a joke relating to September 5th, which happens to be my son's birthday.
You'll never guess what his name is. -
Quote:You're right. No way I could afford a Rolls.LOL Well, firstly, I don't wanna say I am Rolls Royce quality XD hahahaha I'm not an arrogant POS! However, I thought it was hilarious how he said that to me, the meaning still applies.
I can draw a Rolls Royce. But Rei why would you want one? :S
How much for a VolksWagon Beetle? -
But can you DRAW a Rolls Royce? If so, how much does that cost?
-
Quote:They spelled his name wrong there, too.
-
>.> It was actually on the 5th.

you should post some KS/Star of America pr0n. Cause I know you got it.

reading these tags makes me want to watch "Big Trouble in Little China" all over again.

Well, it would suppress their stealth as well before (and I think now, but not positive). Hide, on the other hand, is different from stealth since it's an actual status. Stalkers currently remain in Hide "mode" even when their stealth is being suppressed after a TP Foe. It takes an actual aggressive attack to bring them out of it.
-
When stalkers were buffed after i11, the TP Foe bug came along. Castle admitted that TP Foe is supposed to unhide you, but didn't due to something that changed along with the buffs. Because it was considered a low priority bug, nothing was really done with it.

These ideas are well thought out and come from an experienced player without too many mechanical changes.
Not a chance in hell the devs will do it. -
Quote:Actually, it WAS a broken game mechanic that showed up just after the devs changed to defiance 2.0. Mixed damage type attacks (such as Ice/Smashing or Energy/Smashing) did WAY more damage than they were supposed to.That wasn't a 'broken game mechanic' you are refering to. It was the Dev's well thoughtout 'Inherents'. Blasters got [Defiance] which increased their damage multiplier the less health they had. Which is why you saw more people dropping off of building then during the 'Great Depression', and it continued until the devs changed it... eventually.

Quote:Do I have to post the ERPvP pics again? Cause I will.Is that what it's called now? I used to get accused of it alot. ALTHOUGH, ALTHOUGH....I found that some of the strongest voices calling me a schecking-***** were individuals who had TRIED to scheck me and failed cause...well I didn't...
Unless your name was/is Xanatos. In which case, that's all we ever did. Clearly. BOW CHICKA BABY! -
Actually, I think SI suppresses for six seconds (instead of the normal ten for other stealth powers) when attacked and normal Invis from the concealment pool is the one that doesn't suppress.

Once you do learn to PvP better, as you say you need to do, then you'll see how you can improve your tactics and why stalkers aren't nearly the threat you say they are. If you're standing in a caltrop patch, then you aren't moving and thus make for a very easy target.
Sharks aren't OP'd. There are powers on both sides (Hi Blasters!) that can do same and/or very similar damage without needing a condition like Hide to leverage. -
There's a couple regulars from Korea in RV that don't do much, but are consistantly there. Unfortunately, nearly all of Virtue's better PvP'ers left within the past two issues.
If you really want to PvP here, by all means do so, but I'd recommend just leveling a character rather than spending the money to transfer.
Also, "fiteclub" and "experienced/decent PvPers" tend not to go together. Usually the best PvPers I've seen avoid fiteclub rules like the plague. In many non-fiteclub settings (1 on 1 in arena, 10 minutes, tier 1 insps), the best PvPers tend to dominate over fiteclub regulars while in the inverse setting, the fiteclubbers still end up getting beat by non-fiteclubbers. -
Quote:better choreography, even if the remix is terrible.
And this, for me, as I was a dancer originally, made the game totally worth it and I wish they had this crap here in CoV instead of monkey dancing:

Crap was AWESOME! -
Quote:This.I bought it.
I liked it. It's not like some wrath will come upon me. I have two games, now.
In its entirety, CO isn't as good of a game as CoH is now, but it has the potential to be better given time. More importantly, it's something different when you've been playing CoH for over five years constantly and need a break to help fight off the burn-out.
I enjoy CO. I got my lifetime sub. I can't wait to see what else they can do with it. -
Quote:new sigFunnily everyone who replied to you that you think is being a smart *** I actually see pvp on freedom. I haven't been on as much the last couple weeks as normal but on the average I pvp in freedoms rv 10-20 hours a week.
Some truths you need to accept. You are pretty bad at pvp. And you are pretty wrong about the way it works. Stalkers are not op pvp gods. Even before they were pretty simple to deal with. Now they are just as simple but hurt even less when you go brain dead.
PBs are great in pvp. It is not our fault you don't play your well. Seeing you are spewing about playing on freedom follow Dawun around and tell us how much his pb needs a buff.
Saying brutes are more survivable than hero melee is hilarious, hilarious but wrong.
So here is my take on your real point. You pvp mainly hero side. You like your rp/concepts for being a hero and think the game should meet your expectations. Here is how it really works. The devs created this pvp specifically for people like you. Its not going to change any time soon. You need to suck it up and go learn how to play and build better.
And just so you know the reason ther are so many sarcastic pvpers is we already had a much better version of pvp taken away from us to appease bad players once already. Back then we kinda chuckled at how bad players came here and whined. If we had known that was the actual voice devs would listen to instead of informed and educated players we probably would have been bigger dicks back then.
