Yup, procs (and DoT's) count as separate damage arrangements, so they could bybass the one-shot code. Also how Fire Blasters could one shot with inferno.

Double check Cancer: Blaster though. Blasters don't get trick arrow.

The redraw isn't that bad. Spines having Impale is nice for added ranged options, which is great for PvP. BS and Kat aren't so hot though.

Currently, Elec Melee is the hot choice for offensive sets, due to how hard Thunderstrike is hitting right now. Most expect it to get nerfed, but that requires dev attention towards PvP, which is the CoH equivalent of a Bigfoot sighting. Spines and Energy Melee are also solid choices.

For secondaries, Willpower, Regen, and Ninjitsu are good choices. Avoid Dark Armor and /Elec though.

Nope, that really isn't much of a possibility. Pool powers apply for all AT's. They'd have to completely restructure how powers opened for everyone just for that one bug that isn't a big deal to them.

He had a "personal" cake just for him to dig into. It was far less of a catastrophe than I thought it would be.

Unfortunately, that's a side effect of the change to stalkers that took place around issue 11/12. Hide was essentially changed so that unless a stalker used a power with a damage roll (pet spawn powers not counting) or was effected by attack damage themself, they would remain hidden.

It's a bug in TP Foe's case, but considering how the devs have reacted to the placate bug, I doubt it'll be changed anytime soon.

The one character I've PvP'd with the most and had the most fun with is my EM/Nin stalker. Hit level 50 in i7 and has been wearing the same even level SO's ever since.

You do not need IO'd builds to do well or have fun. It helps, but is far from the biggest factor.

The BS/WP is going to be better overall in PvP, due to the fact that defense is terrible in PvP. WP is just the better PvP secondary.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to you that you need help to kill. With the way i13 changed PvP, your ability to perform follow up damage got hurt pretty bad. Everyone was given resistance and your faster animating powers aren't hitting as hard as they used to. Getting the kill and getting out before you die is a lot harder than it was.
