  1. Yeah, too bad Fury was screwed up back then anyways. There was a lot more than slows messing up Fury generation at the time. I'd like to see how it does now.
  2. Hitting someone with Drain Psyche right before they hit Hibernate, then listening to 30 seconds of broadcast rage while they're cubed.
  3. Ninjitsu isn't that bad, but Defense still gets hit pretty hard. Regen has a good number of ways to deal with healing up damage with alternatives to the lack of perception. It also has innate KB protection.
  4. Elec/Regen from the options listed. Elec is very far ahead of the rest due to how hard TS can crit. Regen means you don't die unless you do something very wrong.
  5. One of the main suggestions made, both then and now, was how to fix "non-viable" sets (AR and most melee) so that they'd be more useful. If that isn't inclusive by dispelling the myth that you needed to roll certain AT/sets to compete, then I don't know what is.

    Forums issues

I remember a few years back the forums had the exact same issue. Apparently they upgraded the software since, but the hardware still bites.
  7. Ice blast is terrible in PvP now. And support AT's don't add as much as another damage AT does.

    Defender PvP

As it stands right now, damage spam is the most effective way to PvP. Support builds aren't nearly as useful as they once were. An Emp can help, sure, but Heal Decay and DR really hampers a lot of what you can contribute.

    Defender PvP

It has changed. Nothing gets you out of being suppressed now.
  10. The chance to placate proc doesn't restore Hidden status to a stalker when it goes off. It's the same with smoke flash. Placate the power returns you to hidden state, which is what gives you your crit.

You'll catch a good bit of agro, and you'll die a fair amount as none of your powers will help get you away from travel suppression. Pick up Phase, and best of luck to you.
  12. Would that make me CONveniently dUmb?
  13. Be glad. Be very very glad.

I'd post links, but there's a good chance the mods wouldn't like it.
  14. Is this like one of those Billy Herrington things?
  15. Throw Shark = Spirit Shark from the Leviathan Mastery pool. It hits like a bus and can crit from hide. In PvE, it's nothing special, but is beastly in PvP.
  16. Still no real damage in BS or TF. Slotting them for stun will do you no real good without the damage to back it up. Also, while the build can work a bit (though not as well) in PvE, it'll die quickly in PvP.
  17. This build wouldn't work too well in either PvP or PvE

Kuji in Rin is a click, not a toggle. Throwing a single end reduc in it won't do. Stun is largely worthless in PvP, and of moderate to no value in PvE (as far as stalkers go at least). You'll want bone smasher and total focus slotted for damage. Super Jump is overslotted for jump. And you'll also want as much recharge in Build Up as you can get. Also, you have no KB protection, which will really bite for you.
  18. Does this mean that Cherry and Apple were once pitted against each other?
  19. I miss Jill. She was the best.

I'll give an honorable mention to Invuln. Slightly less bad than the rest.

You want SS though for the to-hit buff from Rage.
  21. I swear, ebonics just gets weirder and weirder.
