I have on a couple of my stalkers. It's quite do-able with them. VEATs (especially Night Widows) can do so with ease.

Here's a build I came up with a while back. It goes for more of the positional as opposed to typed defense bonuses and abuses double stacked DA. This was pre-inherent fitness, so I suppose you could adjust for that accordingly.

It's been that way since mez suppression was added. The acro nerf just made it more prevalent since more people were getting force bolted all over the place.

Quote:Wouldn't that not apply if using "black" as an adjective? I think, when conjugated to describe the wind as black, one would use either kuroi kaze, kurokase, or the kanji unification of kokufuu. What it seems you're looking for is "Gurokaze no Rikimaru" (Written 黒風の力丸), "Rikimaru of the Black Wind", where the "guro" in "Gurokaze" has a double meaning.
By the way, love the Okuu avatar. I just finished my 1 cc of Subterranean Animism. -

People PvP'ing... in a PvP zone!?
ABSURD! -
Yes.
Their stealth IO and Stealth will be suppressed, bringing them to just base Hide levels of concealment (500 feet). Base perception is 500 feet and your IO will give you the extra amount needed to see them. -
Quote:This. Pick this one.Ooooo! Oooooo! I know!
You should show them CLUE! It's 92 minutes, it's PG, and it's a friggen *classic*. -
The Three Faces of Eve (1957)
91 minutes long, most likely not known by your students, outstanding characters that offer a lot to think about. -
It will suppress most forms of stealth (IO's and any stealth aside from Invisibility), which makes them easy to spot if you have any perception.
-
As far as scrappers go, elec can be made workable (same with fire) but Regen is still leagues ahead of everything else. DM for scraps is pretty bad, however, which is what I meant by my previous post.
-
Only if you fight enemies that don't move.
Protip: those are the bad ones. -
Personally, I'd love a mechanic similar to the crit scaling we have with nearby allies, but with enemies instead. The more targets around you, the higher your chance to crit. It ups our damage in large mob settings, such as bigger teams, isn't directly linked to hide, and doesn't monkey around with base modifiers.
-
Seeing as how there's more forum PvP than anything else PvP-related in CoH, it'd probably make sense.
-
The statement used was that "regular pvp participation had gradually shrunk to just above 10%" with "regular" meaning more than one hour per week.
-
Technically, anime would be more of a "medium" and not a genre. After all, there's quite a bit of difference between Sailor Moon and Hokuto no Ken.
-
Personally, I recommend starting with a Pyro, as they seem easy to play for a beginner. Soldier too. Try to stay away from using a spy until you get a better handle on the game. Also, the difference between a good medic and a terrible medic is paper thin.
-
Edit: I'm a downy kid
Anyways to take a quote of yours, Comic Books have given us iconic characters to look up to. Likewise, so has anime. Both are just mediums to tell a story. Disliking a medium as a misrepresentation of a genre seems shallow to me. -
Both Katana and BS have a narrow cone, a wide cone, and a PBAoE in their set.
EM does not.
