    I've never come across people that bash Empathy, thread my seem like they're bashing Emp but for the most part, as Silas said it's the "healers" not so much Empathy. And it's not just Defenders, it's the Controller Emps as well.

    There's a stigma attached to the use of the word 'healer', in my experience those claiming to be healers have been in fact 'h3al0rz' and basically worthless to any team. So for me personally, when I see in broadcast "healer lft" I lolh3la0r (to myself) and make a note. I've given up on the "trial and error" way of finding out if they are actually a decent player.

    Once I turned Shadows down/off (cannot recall which at the moment) the zone flickering went away, but the flickering in any window that I have to scroll is pretty bad.

    Edit: The zone shadow flashing is something that cropped up during Beta on the version prior to the one that went live. The windows scroll flashing has been occurring for me on live prior to GR Beta.

    I'd like to see an alternate to the Deceive "You are getting sleepy, very, very, sleepy." hand waving emote.

    Something with more of a mental feel to it, like fingers on temple and thumbs on jaw. I think a couple of the Mental Manip attacks has something close.

    You bug'd it, but did you also /petition it for GM to assist you? Your post isn't quite clear.

    Silas, it could have been a glitch with the zone that got your character. Generally, you can log onto another character, /petition the character that is in limbo, I GM can then relocate your character. Though the free transfer mimics this, good thinking.

    Tip Drop Rate

    Did you join in the fight, or let them wipe each other out?

    I ask because I was solo'ing my Illusionist last night and confusing everything on the map, though it wasn't necessary. I think I picked up four Tips during that one mission.

    Otherwise four missions are not enough to determine if drops are not working correctly with regards to Seeds of Confusion. You would have to run something like HeroStats and do dozens, if not hundreds of mission to gather enough data with regards to drops.

    The only issue I've ever had with Win7 64bit is Alt+Tab'ing out of the game. On occasion Aero will become disabled. If that does occur, go to your desktop preferences, and reselect one of the standard desktop themes, then re-enable Aero on your taskbar.

    I've not had this issue crop up for a while, so it may have been resolved but knowing Microsoft, I doubt it.

    It sometimes takes a little time for the game servers to sync up with the store. If you didn't accidentally apply it to a second account to a second account, then I would expect to see it applied at some point today.

    If not, then log in to your master account and start a support ticket.

    You will continue to see tip mission drops, you just can't investigate them until the cooldown period is up.

    Seen this once myself with a Praetoria mission. entire mission was empty.

    /bug it

    Include the Tip/Morality Mission name
    do a /whereami and include the map name

    If you like /petition it as well to get a GM to look into it. or Abandon/Auto-complete the mission.
