The Devs had to know that this issue would come up with GR. I expect an official answer soon. I would like to see the Vista tech used, but with actual distances seen, but with zone crossing the gap. I don't mind seeing the suburbs, even if I simply jump over them.

Not true. Fort Trident came out on Monday. Going Rogue: Complete Collection became available for purchase on Tuesday. On Monday evening, I spent a few minutes exploring Fort Trident on one of my scrappers.

Just a thought. I also thought that the Forts required GR, but obviously, that's not the case. -

Give Archery some Proc love.
Slot Decimation: Chance for Buildup, Devastation: Chance to Hold, and if you can afford it Apocalypse: Chance for NE Damage and Gladiator's Javelin: Chance for Toxic in Snap Shot and Aimed Shot. With decent recharge, you can fire off one of those every couple of seconds, greatly increasing your chance for one or more of those Procs to fire off. -
Along with what Malk said, there is also a huge stigma with advertising yourself as a 'healer'. A good amount of players (myself included) will automatically assume that you're going to put your heal on auto-fire, pass out a couple of buffs here and there, and in general be nothing but a leech. Regardless as to whether the person plays like that or not, I've given up on 'h3al0r roulette'.

On average, 20 minutes or less. One occasion exceeded 2 hrs but I had logged off by then as it was late.
The most recent one was last weeks and the GM showed up in about 10 minutes. I can't say I've had a bad experience with the GMs. -

I doubt you spent "a bunch of money" on Far Strikes. They're common as dirt and just as cheap. It may feel that way, but don't sweat it. Whatever you spent, you'll earn it back quickly.
If the OP had made say maybe 35k in inf through normal play, then spent 25k in buying and crafting, then to them, it was a lot. It all about perception. Don't you remember 'way back when...'?

I'll turn Aero off when I get home tonight and see if it has any effect.
EDIT: If Disabling Aero doesn't solve the problem, I came across this seeing as how I'm stuck at work:

I tried it and all the symptoms stopped immediately.
The only downside that I see is that windows Aero is disabled and the "open window preview" you see when you mouse over the taskbar icons is disabled.
However, this is just a workaround and this issue is still a bug, so any suggestions would be appreciated. -
