Back in the 70's there was a tv show called "Land of the Lost" which has since been remade in to a movie staring Will Ferrell. This is also an area in Skyway City which is called you guessed it, "Land of the Lost". I'm sure Universal Studios bought the rights from Sid and Marty Krofft the original creators who remade the series themselves in the 90s. However I doubt that Cryptic or NCsoft paid for the rights to use this name.

Someone should report them to the copyright holder.

Eric, have you not heard of the Marvel lawsuit against this game, where they sued because you could make copyrighted characters from the comics? The settlement in that case pointed out that Cryptic and NCSoft (now just NCSoft) needed to take action against copyrighted characters. If NCSoft doesn't uphold their end of the agreement, we could be going back to court. That would siphon development dollars away to pay for the legal defense, which hurts EVERYONE playing the game.

So, yes, I think that reporting obvious copyright infringement is for the long-term benefit of everyone in the game.


I also love how people calling other people out for doing something wrong is being a 'tattletale.' Seriously, the person was doing something wrong. If they can't face the consequences of that, then they shouldn't have done it in the first place.

Unfortunately, there is no Vet Reward that points our misspellings or lack of capitalization...

I don't have that much time in the game, coming up on 21 months and I earned every one of the Vet Rewards I have acquired so far. I've already subscribed into next year. Should I get the next years worth of Vet Rewards? No. Why? Because next year hasn't arrived yet.

Okay, so when you get to the drug lab portion of the map, there is a room off to the right, with the forklift and a bunch of shipping containers to the right and left.

If you look to the left you will see double-stacked shipping containers in the middle, with single containers placed at angles to the left, and a couple to the right of the double-stacked . Check behind them, as well as the scattered ones ones on the other side of the room.

EDIT: On at least one occasion, I think I found the glowie in a hole behind the stacked containers that are off to the left just before you reach the lab equipment.

PK, if you're not even willing to try, then what can you offer this community? I remember when you came over, I welcomed you. I enjoy the majority of your posts.

I mean, the main reason for me being on "JS" is because of the community, you like to chat in it, I assume that that is one of the reasons you are there as well. When it comes to "JS" it's so easy to hit the 'Enter' key without giving a thought to what was just typed. All I can recommend is that you take a breath, read what you typed out, and if it even gives you a twinge that it might not be taken well, use that 'Backspace' key.

I do that often, both in chat and in the forums. It's easy enough to type some snarky/incendiary comment, it's not so easy to take it back.

I rate this 1/10 on a troll attempt.

Funny, that's the only Respec Trial I have done.

It's all good Kyo. As Sooner said, I'd hate to see all of that inf get handed out in one shot. I love helping newbies, unfortunately I tend to solo this activity, because my work schedule leaves me unavailable for many, if not most in-game events.

That's why I like TF Tuesday so much.

Prof, if it's a solo SG for just you and your alts, you only need one porter and beacon. Make sure all your alts are able to base edit, then swap out the beacon as needed.
