Only one code per edition will apply to the same account.
So, only one code for CoV will be accepted, one for CoV Collector's DVD, one for Good vs Evil, one for Arch. Ed., one each for all the Booster packs, etc, etc, etc. -

What level was the character? I ask because they did a purge of all characters level 5 and below IF the character hadn't been logged in, in over 60 days.

When did this happen? Are you thinking of the times they made character names (level 5 and lower) on inactive accounts "available " for active users?

Actually, they didn't purge the character, just the names. -
I play on Protector myself, without teaming problems. Justice is my second home, which is usually very active.

That's a canned response MODOG. Personally, I've had really good results with Customer Service, just remember, depending on your physical location, there may be a huge difference in time zones. If it's an issue with your account (which your global may fall under) it's likely coming out of Seattle.
Be patient, and remember, place any replied between the two green lines of text in their email. (Found that out on my first contact with them.)
And remember, it's against forum rules to post communications with CS here. -
You need to talk to the City Rep, just as you did for the Cape mission.

Annoying yes, but you can still right-click 'Info' to get the salvage recipe information. -

1. Select 'Badge' from Navigation bar.
2. In Badge drop down menu, select "Inventions", or any category that shows progress.
3. Open any other dialog window, Recipes, Salvage, Auction House, detached friend list, etc.
4. Position the window so the it covers part of the Badge list.
5. Bring 'Badge list' to the foreground.
Results: Any badge that has another dialog behind it will not desplay the 'mouseover' text. So, if you have a badge at the top or bottom of the list, that does not have another window behind it, the 'mouseover info' for that badge will display. -

Yes, the OP off-handly mentions the subject but does not deal with drop rate or cooldown timer. I was aware of the post you linked before I wrote this one but because the proposal is more detailed and specific I thought it should be separate.

I don't care what kinds of limits you design for the suggestion, it still gets a resounding no from me. Singling out one or two S/TFs for special drops will have exactly one result - those S/TFs being farmed and every other S/TF being ignored.

If it's a chirp sound, that's a Fortune Buff being reapplied, like the way the Hasten sound fx gets reapplied upon zoning.
