Every time I've sent in a /bug, I've gotten email confirmation. Since the in-game bug dialog has such a limited character allotment, I'll type up the bug in wordpad with the steps to recreate, paste it, then put an expanded version in the forums, and in the email reply.

One thing I've noticed is the way some posters write their bugs. "When I was in mission Xxxx, after doing Xxx xxxx, this happened/didn't happen."

Might as well have been: "I couldn't leave my house this morning." Was it because the deadbolt wouldn't unlock? Because you went on a bender last night, and couldn't find the door? Because the garage door wouldn't open? Because your your wife tied you to the bed?

Granted, during a TF/SF things are not always so easy to reproduce considering the actions of others, and the pace of activity. But the more info included in a bug, and more importantly, steps to reproduce are extremely helpful when trying to get someone else to recreate the same issue.

All the time people have spent moaning about this could been better spent, in the game, playing it.

I play, pretty much every night, never have a problem finding a team, sometimes it's AE, most often it's not.

EDIT: Hit the Global channels, stay out of Atlas Park.

Check your Anti-Virus/Internet Security permissions.

I've had it happen to me where even though my permissions say 'Allow' for the CoH.exe and the Updater.exe, it just loses them. Re-Allow them and see if that helps.

Just ran this not too long ago with Healing Phoenix. Did a good job of handing out hunts to everyone on the team to speed it up. Rain of Arrows definitely comes in hand in this case.

Friend and I were doing the Midnighter's arc last night and one of the drones did this. First time I'd actually seen it occur, my teammate hadn't heard about before. We both thought it was hilarious.

Odd, when I turned into a CRT, they all saw a CRT.

Oddly enough, and friend and I were running the Midnighter's arc last night, on lvl 13-14 on Heroic, and in both the 'Rescue the Rikti' missions, we would see bosses without a single LT or minion with them.
