Ya know, I was Hero 1's biggest supporter last year, I should get to off him this year,

He has to purchase the game, whether it's a code from the NCsoft site, or the $10 CoH DVD edition from Big Lots!.
He won't have to install or download anything, just apply the game code to his temp account to make it a full account. -
No problem, I did an oops on mine, didn't notice til I posted it. I try to remember to go back and look after I post, just to make sure someone didn't post at the same time and beat me by seconds, making my vote off.
