Finally got the vamp badge on my currently most active character. I don't believe she has ever seen a spirit. Is there a minimum level they spawn at?

I got Ostentatious on a Trick, but I've noticed that I quite often get Insps dropping on a Trick, so maybe just cos you get monsters, doesn't mean you can't get presents too...

I just wish there were more vampires...

Weird thing is that Americans seem to not even consider long drives for recreation an issue. I think it's the road system. 200 miles in the UK is hell, but I had people travel more than that down the entire length of Florida to come meet me for one night in Orlando. Then they drove back. How did I know these people? Friends? Family? Well... they were people who posted to the same Buffy the Vampire Slayer BBS as I did.

For further afield, we could maybe draft in Sophie and talk really nicely to Issac...

And I just get this image of Ni, Libby, DD, Dinah, Sam, and Cassy (and maybe a few others, but we don't want to get too intimidating) all going off for a girls night out. No guys allowed, or required. Anyone stupid enough to attempt to engage is likely to take massive phaser damage to the ego. The worst thing to hit the male population in years, a gang of women on top form...

Of course, Ni is too young for this enterprise unless everyone keeps quiet and fake ID is supplied (and they make sure they take Ni, not Annette), or they hit someplace outside of the US...

It has to be done sometime... It just needs to be...

(I'd do it as fiction, but it'd be a hell of a job and I don't know half the characters well enough.)

The read-only trick on the playersolt file does not fix this problem. Just had it crash on me. Back to the drawing board.

Nope, that's a known bug. I get it and I don't have multiple screens.

Really wacky... I noticed last night that the preconfigured emotes seem to work, it's the 'custom' emotes that don't. You can do kata, but you can't do thought bubbles...

It's the animations that would be the problem, if I'm remembering the other thread. All sorts of technical issues.

Though, thinking back, the othe thread was more about having a staff in the Maces sets. A complete Staff set might work.

I doubt it does, judging from some of thfol-ups I've seen in the game. The MA is supposed to be like the one the devs have, but simplified, not hugely improved.

I don't, and didn't make the assumption it was. Point is, assuming it's easy just displays your ignorance and will make no difference to whether the idea is implemented.

However, basic axioms:

I have to admit that I don't understand this attitude, and you seem to be determined to hate this feature. When an objection of yours is shot down as wrong, you come up with a weaker one.

For something you get for simply logging out somewhere, I can't really see the amount of time to get all of them makes any difference. Unless you're just enormously impatient.

Well, this does encourage people to team constantly with only other team mates. It probably isn't elitist, but it does promote exclusivity.

That said, most SGs/Guilds who level together will tend to kick non-member team mates in favour of members, so I don't see it changing much.

Not signed. Adds nothing to the game aside from even faster levelling.

Just to clarify before I ignore your illiterate and insulting post: WoW is not the only other MMO I've played or know. All the MMOs I have played or looked at consist of grinding. If you think your 'netto' profit from raids isn't grinding, then you must be a lousy raider. The good ones have the raids on farm, and it's just grind.

This section feels wrong somehow. Could be just a 'I would have done it different.' The two sentences broken up by the description. The scene doesn't flow right. Seems a bit stilted.

The 'however' needs something to emphasise it, like what I did back there.

I'm not sure exactly what I meant by wooden. Reading over it again there's only the longbow bit that comes across badly. And Longbow troops are made of wood, as far as I'm aware.

(Edit) Don't know if it helps, but it helps me to imagine the character saying it. Pace the punctuation to reflect the speed I feel like it should be said.

Only one of my toons has met any zombies yet. War Crow. I seem to miss the invasions on everything else. And he's killed all of four.
