Just as I suspected. Sometimes, the game has issues parsing long strings, so adding quotes (or underscores, it seems) can usually make the string work.
Remember, the engine is almost 8 years old, and it never expected to have to spit out really specific errors.

One of the Doc Quantum tip missions is like that.
Great accidental PVP map. Has turrets and bombs. And bombs next to bombs, all around the room... boom-chain is GO!... er, sorry mate didn't see you jumping into all those bombs I was sniping. -

Also note that damage types are not related to attack types - Fireball is an AOE/Fire attack for attack types - ignoring the fact that it deals some smashing damage.

Siphon Life is a melee (Dark melee) attack - and Life Drain is in Dark Blast.
However, you do get both Soul Drain and Dark Consumption in Darkness Manipulation. -

To myself and others apparently, the announcement implied the pack came as a bundle deal, not as a 0pp cost extra item you needed to buy. To be honest, I can't recall if I noticed that is how it was done before or after I saw ZombieMan's post.

If you subscribe you get a base of 12 slots per server (plus extras you've bought or earned)
As a free-play player, you get 2 slots + earned/bought, to be spread among the serves as you assign - that's 2 once, not 2 per server. -

You are absolutely correct. A petition under Harassment could be filed and reviewed by the GMs. It doesn't provide immediate relief though and it's always questionable whether RP griefing will actually merit GM action or not. Given the number of griefers who say they don't care if they get petitioned because nothing ever happens to them, it's hard to say whether it's effective or not.
But you are, again, absolutely correct, that action can be taken by those being griefed.

- Someone hits you with a power and it breaks your emote. So... remove all buffs from the game!
- Someone responds to all your /local chat. So... remove chat from the game!
