My big thing would be making sure that whatever the effects on the tights, the colors match.

To be fair, we did have glowies provide XP at one time (Issue 21 got rid of the last hold outs... Farewell XP-granting cans of food in council crates) and in other missions temp powers - and the temps/xp only went to who clicked them.
It's mostly a hold over of that. -

Mid in 2008 they merged "Heroes" and Villains (all current and future accounts made with just CoV or CoH would be both) - at this point, everyone who didn't already have both had their base slots increase from 8 to 12. -

I have a SJ/EA scrapper, and while it's a bit of an end hog and takes a while before it comes into its own, once you get to level 30 or so, it's VERY durable, being able to take the alpha or even outright tank in most case, plus put out a tremendous amount of damage. Even in 8 man teams, it can take down entire mobs at +1x5 by itself with no real difficulty and often before the other 7 toons are done with their mob.
So yeah, I'd highly recommend /EA. -

What people were objecting to was your original statement that no one outside of Korea would use the jeans/use the embroidery patterns. Which is false. heck I've seen plenty in the past couple months (and really, Debs, WHY ALL THE PINK? It looks like someone OD'd on Pepto then took a tilt-a-whirl ride and you used that to decorate your store(s)...)

It depends on what you mean by lag, as noted. Also, what CPU you have as well as what video card.
"True Lag" - no it will not help.
On the flip side - most people I've seen like 8gigs min for 7/x64.
Also, if you have low framerates - what video card and driver do you have? -

As it was, it was still bad enough with the multi-dom people complaining their characters no longer had the damage buff and that having it moved to the base damage didn't compensate.

I concur: same thing happened to me last Sunday with a character that had Beam Rifle. The character was locked, even though I'm a VIP and I have purchased Beam Rifle (otherwise that character would not have been able to get to level 11...)
After a few seconds of "WTF??", I went back to the server list and tried again - it worked.
