And I think this would be his way of saying that he is about to update the Guide Guide. I don't blame him for not wanting to jump in and do it - Cuppa was the last one to do it, I think, which means there are a LOT of "weeds' to trim, so to speak.

If they were really following you, petition. If they are following you, and making it so you can't get any gifts, that is griefing, plain and simple.

Is there a particular reason why /petition doesn't provide some of this information? Certainly, the account name, the current mission, contact, and zone are well known by the client application. On the other hand, if I'm not the mission holder, I don't have any way to knowing the contact involved. The character currently played is also available, though the power in question may not be clear to the software.

I also think the option to include a screenshot directly to a /petition or /bug would be a big help. How many EULA violation descriptions could be shortened to "see screenshot of a costume violating copyright" or "see screenshot of players performing obscene/offensive act" if that option was available? An in-game screenshot also avoids the he-said, she-said problems involved with doctoring a picture to get some innocent player in trouble.

My guess is that the two tools, while basically sharing the same interface, probably where developed independantly of eachother, and at this point would be a major undertaking to swtich petition over. Also, there is probably alot of info useful to the debug team that would just clutter up the GMs' network.

Also, NCSoft's system might not be designed to handle it - don't forget that two seperate systems meet in the /petition tool.

Heck, we were in a similar map and I leveled three if not four times - only reason why I didn't say "Wait, let me get someone else, you have leveled me too much" is I had to quit for work. (14-18, so really 4 levels.)

Oh, I know it has some, but not enough to make even the devs real happy, from what they have said.

And what they have also said is they want to make sure their is meaty end-game stuff before raising the level cap, if they ever decide to raise it.

The big reason why the don't/didn't want to raise the level cap is because people can/will/do go through that kind of content fast, and there would still be nothing at the new level cap to do as far as end-game content.

You go to the hospital, and have to go to base to re-enter the raid via the raid teleporter, IIRC. Of course, if you have a medical room, you can rez to base and go back in a lot quicker.

I seriously doubt NCSoft intended it to be WalMart.com only.

After all, everything I have read about it here says they intended it to be instore. And unless I have been misreading it, several people have bought it in their local walmarts already.
