/loc gives co-ordinates in a -X, Z, -Y format (middle co-ordinate is height).
In addition to vidiotmaps.com, www.paragonwiki.com lists (and shows a picture of) each exploration badge in a zone when you look at a zone's page (www.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Atlas_Park for example). -
You want to go to the archetype forums and ask for suggestions in the scrapper sub forum.

Ocassionally the search hide will stick - so I just use /hideall followed by /unhideall.

If that spams you with the "bind file loaded" message, you can hide that by adding "silent" to the end of the load file command in the text message.
So like this :
myinfo.txt
/bind numpad5 "info_self$$bindloadfiilesilent myinfo1.txt"
myinfo1.txt
/bind numpad5 "window_hide Info$$bindloadfiilesilent myinfo.txt" -

/bug the issue, and post about it in the costume thread (the one by noble savage - as I recall has on dedicated to costume ISSUES.)

It could be conductive aura - nasty thing for them to have, but being a boss that would prevent stacking scenarios. It's electric control's -foe end/self +regen, +recovery toggle

As they say - probability theory plays no favorites.

The streakbreaker goes by the least favorable to you. So if you use, before the streak breaker kicks in and/or you hit naturally, a really low accuracy attack (say one that got you a sixty percent final to-hit) it uses that for the streak breaker. So normally if you miss three times and your accuracy is about 80%, that 3rd time the breaker kicks in. But if you instead on that 3rd attack used something with a 50% chance to hit, say, then it will look at the last 4 attacks, not 3, to decided if it needs to break your streak.

Originally the name was also in l337 sp34k, but then someone pointed out only named freak bosses have their names that way.

Yeah, some of the missions will go "Oh! If you're undercover, CALL THIS GUY!" and gives you some extra objectives. Fun stuff.

Quote:Actually, it's a soft not hard cap because the game will allow it to go higher than that, but there is (often) no benefit. It doesn't matter if there was never a situation in the game where 45% didn't floor your enemies' to-hit chance, the fact that the game would let you increase it beyond that makes it a soft cap.Like I said, it is widely established that the defense softcap is 45%, and the reason it's soft and not hard is because there are a handful of situations (as I stated in my original answer, barring defense buffs and/or enemies with increased to-hit) where it won't effectively cap your defenses. What is this crucial piece information that, acording to your widdle brain, I left out?

Neko - with the exception of Veats, part of GR included them locking us down to five costumes, as I recall. They kept the unalterable sixth for VEATS.

In the city wide zones, it was somehing like 100-200 yard range from the defeat. There also was/is a point at which someone who is defeated ceases to gain xp (2 minutes?) until they Rez.
Not since the first big xp overhual (1/2 debt in missions, etc.) if ever has there been a distance leash on xp.
Note, if if the range prevents Xp, you still get kill credit for defeat badges and missions for critters defeated by your team in the same zone. -
I couldn't recall which Gaussin's was (was thinking caster, though).
For pets, if you were able to slot it into a pet it would have a chance to trigger for each individual pet whenever the power that the pet has that takes the proc triggers/is used. -

Note, the differences between the expansion and the "Complete Edition" is this :
CE has a month of play time, the expansion does not.
CE has the Going Rogue goodie pack, the expansion does not.
You were able to pre-PURCHASE the expansion for early access to Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning. You could not with the CE. However, being released, this no longer applies.
That's (in U$D terms) a $22 extra value for just $10 extra. -
Please read the proc.
If it says "Target" then it's whoever is targeted by the proc (so everyone under the effect of your Tactics). If "Caster" then it's just you. -
Quote:Isn't that shot from something Data said?
Think it has to be for double facepalm. -
If you want it to charge you immediately (and add immediately) you have to choose the 1-time paypal option

And I think it's more a beer fail than double facepalm fail. -
Resistance and Loyalist both have two storylines.
Each one has one that is locked to those who chose that faction (Richocet would be the starter for the locked-to-resistance storyline) and one that can be done by the other side as well (Flores, for the Resistance). When doing their missions, some will prompt you to call your initial contact (Calvin scott, in your case) for extra options.
The inspector guy is in front of one of the buildings facing the center of the Magestrium - can't recall which one other than it's not the Train depot or Cole's tower.
