I'd like to see how the BAF trial is! The new League thing sounds interesting, should be fun to see how things will work on Justice for Hami/Mother ship raids.

My fire/shield just needs the Notice of the Wells to get his very rare. For my other incarnate toons I'll get them eventually, but my Scrapper is my main guy for the incarnate system.
Bring on Judgement slot nao! -

I agree and somewhat disagree with your statement. For the Syndicate, I agree. For the Resistance.. not so much.
If the Resistance were finally able to live thier lives free of the Seers, dictatorship, a lot of them would want to just live out thier lives as normal free thinking people. The anarchists of the Resistance would absolutely begin to destroy Praetoria. In that I could easily see the Resistance implode.
You would have one side of anarchists causing havoc cause they can, and the others who don't want them to destroy what they worked too hard to achieve, freedom. -

I'm sure a good portion have already done thier WTF and have thier rare slotted.. so a +4 will probably end up being +3. That should make a difference when it comes time for Rommy.
I did a normal ITF last night with my lvl 50+1 toon.. Wow. -

I'd highly recommend Dragon Ball Z Kai on DVD, it completely fixes the pacing problems the show had. It's almost like an entirely new show and it's awesome.
Episode 92 will have Gohan snapping and turning Super Saiyan 2 against Cell.
IN the original series Episode 92 was Goku's Spirit Bomb against Freiza.
Also with the Abridged series, I used to be a big wrestling fan in high school. So this episode was Epic. -

Thanks for the birthday wishes! The big 30 is going to be an exciting year for me, mostly because I've got a baby boy due in about a month.
I only realized last week that I had a birthday coming up from my brother. All I've been doing is getting ready for Rad Baby.
Oh and to celebrate my birthday I'm driving home after I finish this night shift, picking up my wife, driving another hour and a half to the in-laws for a baby shower for the wife, then driving to my brothers where we will have our annual hockey night. Case of beer, food, NHL 11 on the PS3 and play until the beer is gone. -

Hmmmm I'd rather see the old COH/V zones updated first, then go with new Zones.
I'd like to see a lvl 40-50 zone in Praetoria thats actually outside the sonic barriers. Seeing how the world has been ravaged by DE, and maybe seeing some Human/DE mutations that you'd have to fight.
Then you'd have your Praetorian Hami nearby for a Trial/TF.
Then just for kicks I'd love to see an Ancient Asian type zone kind of like Cimerora, fighting Shogun/Samurais and maybe even some ninjas. Then save the zone from a giant Dragon! YAY! -
Hahaha I was going to mention the Huck Finn thing but Zombie man beat me to it.
But ya, it was ONE hypersensitive baby that made the complaint. I really wish that governments, or any sort of media would say "If you don't like what you hear, you don't need to listen to it"

2) If assuming it's not linked, why any two rares, as opposed to the rares underneath them?

Common sense says that its probably unlikely that every Incarnate lvl will have a lvl shift. I could see maybe 1 shift every 2 lvls, but not a full 10 lvl shifts.
Also, why would the devs make the Incarnates exempt down to lvl 50 on the regular TFs? You aren't technically lvl 60, more like lvl 50 +++++.
The whole point of the incarnate system was to make your lvl 50's more powerful. Why get the incarnate lvls when you can't even use them on a lvl 50?
I'm sure in the future issues there will be content for the lvl shifted incarnates that will put them to the test.
But to be honest I'd have a lot of fun just going into a lgtf and soloing Hami, and the AVs. I would feel like an incarnate! -

I think the drop rate is fine. I've gotten the 2nd Tier Incarnate ability for two different characters without running single TF for them; crafting only from Shard drops. Teaming in general seems to up the Shard drop rate, although i don't have number to prove it. In any case, time and effort seemed about right.
I'm hoping with the 90 shards and 20 components, I'll have enough to craft the Very Rare slot when it goes live.
I usually run ITF/LGTF/Khan TF/STF and the Raids when I get the chance. Luckly for me Justice server likes running it's TFs and Raids, so it's pretty easy to fill a TF.
A decent "Kill all in our way" will probably land you 4-7 shards + a component at the end in about an hour on a Pug. -
I'm not surprised at the numbers for Hero/Villian/Rogue/Vigilante. It's easily summed up by Hero/Villian Merits.
I have 1 character thats a full time Vigilante, so that he can participate in any TF in the game. THats all.
My mains are all Hero's. -

. He is now, a very energetic level 4 Dual pistols/storm corruptor. Runs around with his two nerf guns causing havoc and leaving the room looking like a stormy corr went barreling through. I even found one of his army men in the ceiling fan. He's pretty squishy though.
My little guy is due March 1, but for some reason both the wife and I think he'll be a little early. I can't wait until he's old enough to throw a baseball, play hockey (we're Canadian...)
and eventually help his dad be a Hero in Paragon!
