I feel like I'm talking to the same 3 people here that post **** like this. Alpha slot didn't have costs. It had components and shards that come from doing tfs and as you did the tfs and the weeklys you could convert shards for free. Now you have to pay a premium if you run trials and want to convert threads and it really shouldn't be as high as it is.
So if you don't have the inf to pay to convert you are screwed and forced to keep running the trials over and over until you finally finish it. Then its the same whole process over and over everytime you want to bring another incarnate through the trials. Unlike now where you can make extra progress by simply converting components that you don't need or shards. It's a time sink, inf sink and a grind all in one. Where as before the only real time sink was waiting 4 weeks to get all of your notices and that was certainly more alt friendly.
I have 2 toons, maybe 3 that will be partaking in the Trials and working toward the 4 new slots.
If you are looking to have 10-20 lvl 50's having all the incarnate gear it's going to take a Very long time.
For me My scrapper and my Kin are going to be my bread and butter of the Incarnate content. I'm fine with that.
Complaining that the journey to the new Incarnate powers doesn't suit YOUR play style doesn't mean the rest of the playerbase can't enjoy it. -

Hmmm the 28th seems a bit far for the release.. Considering how small the patches have been on the Beta lately there doesn't seem to be any show stopping bugs.
That said, the new League system may need to be tested on the live servers, thus the 6 hour maintenance tomorrow. If it seems to be bug free, my guess is next Tuesday! -
For me it's running my scrapper into a platform filled with Mobs, being rushed by the mobs, and then seeing the pile of bodies at my feet.

I wonder now if both Hamidon and Cole's life forces are now tied together? Maybe the only way to defeat both of them is to defeat them at the same time?

Little Adrian is finally home and is doing well. Mommy and Rad are both good, but a little tired. Adrian does like his sleep so we will hopefully get some sleep when he does.

Justice has a new hero!
Saturday March 5, 2011 my wife and I were blessed with the arrival of our son Adrian. He is 6lbs, 11oz, 19.5 inches long. Both baby and Mommy are doing well.
He loves to cuddle and sleep, and I would rate his crying to a Sonic blast for Defenders. My first diaper change for him was an adventure! I didn't know newborns could fill a diaper the way he did, but wow! So while changing him he had his first pee! All over me! It was hilarious.
Anyway I'm heading to bed to get some much needed sleep.

Purples are a boon in a high-recharge build and the procs can be very nice, but other than that they're pretty much a status thing.
I wouldn't really call having purple sets a status thing, cause my first toon with purples was all done over a long period of time where a few lucky drops helped fund them.
If anything the PVP IO procs are a LOT harder to get than purples. -

This season has been beyond epic! The last two episodes have been incredible! Guru is the new Nappa!
My prediction for Goku's Super Saiyan scene: Krillin somehow gets some Denny's food, and Frieza blows up Krillin and the food.. sending Goku over the edge. -
I work on a 8 Day (12hr shift) rotation that is 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off.
So my "Mondays" rotate every week. -
My weekend will consist of working.
Or since my wife could go into labor any day now I might just become a Dad this weekend!

I did some testing with my scrapper and I don't really have anything to add that hasn't already been said (Beast legs for kilts, losing weapons/shields in beast run are the only complaints.
I'd love to see the fox pattern for the Wolf head. Doesn't seem like a huge request but something as simple as a pattern will be a dream come true for many.
I will be getting this pack JUST for the Tiger on my scrapper. I've got a pretty Epic costume all done up.
