    It's very possible to be a casual player and still enjoy IO sets. I would consider myself a casual player as I play only once or twice a week for a couple hours depending on where I am in my work rotation. I have a fully IO'd including 5 Purp sets Arch/MM blaster. It took me almost a year after he hit 50 to get all my IO's.

    Probably just you.

    I don't think anything needs to be changed with Ticket drop rates either though.

    Now if they could fix regular drop rates for Recipes!
  6. Here's the build I'm going to have eventually. Fireball replaces Jacobs ladder and I took havoc punch for some extra ST damage with Fireblast. Decent recharge along with Soft Capped Defense.

    THis is what I was thinking too. I did my Battle maiden map solo, -1 set for 8, no bosses and got 3 basic and 3 common recipes. Salvage seemed to drop fairly regularly though

  13. Hrmm... I didn't know that. (New to the Mids thing. I had now idea that if you were soft capped in RAM defenses that the others didn't matter much.... I think I'll have to rethink some builds.

  14. Gah, can't see build. The newest official Mids for i16 is available now.
  15. I made a couple changes to the above with some slotting. I put the extra slots in Combat Jumping into Active defense and True grit. Also took out one slot from Active defense as its already perma with 1 Rech IO.

    I added one purp set and a Kinetic combat set. So theres more Smash/Lethal defense.

  16. Ahhh Radmind.... one of the most uncreative names ever! First he was an in game toon that started as a Mind/Rad Controller. I didn't really like it, so I re-rolled him into a Kin/Rad.

    Rad was my 2nd 50 and was the toon that introduced me to more people in COX. To me the name Radmind is more about the memories it brought than the name itself. So thats why its my Global name and Forum handle.

    I wouldn't worry about it.. AE, since i16 went live is pretty quiet now. No more Atlas spam anymore.

    I'd love to have more GR info though, but I assume I'll have to wait until Hero Con for that.

    It took me over a year to get all my IOs. The good part about my build is 3 out of 5 of the Purp sets (Immob, confuse, sleep) I got for about 300 mill. Heca and Apocolypse can run you 200 mil an IO. I got them while they were still under 100 back in i14 before the price hike.

    So ya, its expensive.

    Trust me on the endurance part, if you even get 4-5 in Drain Psych you'll have no problems with End.
  19. I've found that I didn't need much defense because everything is dead before they can really do any damage...

    I did change a couple things on your build. First I got rid of the End Mod IO on drain psyche as you have STamina 6 slotted. Trust me, end won't be an issue. I added the extra slot to a travel power and put in 2 Zepher IO's, one being the KB proc. It gives extra ranged defense. I also added the Zepher KB proc to your other travel power.

    I removed Acrobatics and put in Invisibility and added an LOTG 7.5% for some extra recharge. RoA is sitting at 14.6 sec
