I also have two avatars that I want to share that come from the talented Kycha from over at LJ. I requested these around the time I started playing the game. My friend loves her stuff.
The subjects are my first two characters, Arctracer and Metadelicon. The two I picked are my faves from the 9 she did in total.


EDIT: There isn't two animations there! I assumed I incuded the one I said I didn't want to show off...

Apparently, good things happen when you bring over your friends from other servers. :P


OK, my real advice: for all you RPers out there, try to think out some of the more important details that you can set in stone before you apply to a RPSG that requires an interview. I tell you this because I had Cumulatrole sign up for NAM before figuring out his "real name" or his age.

I'll try to make it out: it's just that every time I seem to remember, I forget about the time differences and it's two to three hours later.

Fixed the linky, it was an errant comma that misdirected it.
You'll find me as Orichalcum+ there, but it's probably too much digging around to bother looking for anything substantial: my activity's suffered recently. (Care to guess why? :P)

As for the animations, those are the two best ones that I feel I can show (the other one being related to a roleplay that's far removed from CoX).

I'm glad you like Ty's, I'm personally stuck between whether Sarge's is really dynamic or lacking in quality... I'll work on some more avatars pretty soon: maybe fill out the ranks using the rest of my character roster.

(And eventually, I'll put out some decent commission calls. I'm just not in a situation to do that easily.)

Great to see you back up, but just remember to not overdo it. I figure you'll be back into full swing real soon!

Sitting at a week and a half to go: I have Arctracer up to 23 right now. I'll push him to 24 by the end of the week so the event is an all-green.

Morning, Virtuites.

Staying up to 1:30 in the morning was worth it to finish that Positron run I was on, somehow. We hit about 3 hours 10 minutes for the entire thing, with a full team of eight. I took a screen at the end, too.

Good luck on finishing that drawing: just don't strain yourself where you don't need to.

I'll put my collection of random stuff here. Some commishes from others and some work I've been doing. I don't necessarily draw (especially recently), but even I'm told Caemgen IG last night I should start thinking of it again.

My "specialty", if you could call it one, is working with GIMP for avatars and sigs (mini buttons/badges and more regular ones). I haven't actually done a signature in a while, but I used to when I used photoshop before my comp made it go MIA. (You could see some my handiwork over on Kingdom Hearts Ultimania, but why would you go there?)

The last time I did this event it... didn't go well, but I'm changing things as I look to try to get active in the CoX community. I was told by someone in-game (who I can't remember) that I should advertise this in the AT section as well as the server section just to get more exposure for it.

(Yes, it's like Tanker Tuesday, but with Scrappers and on Sunday. I came up with this idea after several people said they couldn't make it to the Triumph one a while back. And, well, just calling it Scrapper Sunday was too plain :P)

Arc isn't high enough to start an ITF just yet, I'm close enough to do the first Trial that I could plan for that in the upcoming weeks. I just need to ding him twice.

I waited from 6pm to 7pm at the meeting spot (30 mins before and after the official start time) and nothing remarkable happened at all. I had a chat with a Blaster I teamed with earlier, but...

The good news is that I may be disappointed, but not discouraged. Despite the fact that I got skunked today, I'm going to plan another SitCrit in the future, maybe work around the various raids and TFs, try to get a little more exposure. (Someone mentioned to also try to post it on the Scrapper boards next time as well.)

For now, I'll just try to backseat into some other events and see how it's done.

I think I saw Baba and Fallenz during my last minute rounds, too, so a belated "Hi" :P

Still going ahead, I seem to have enough interest for one small team even with the Raid.

I'll keep being optimistic about it!
