That is ages out of date. PFF doesn't allow attacks out, nor will any PBAOE buffs on you affect your teammates with it up. Or at least that's how it works for FF defenders.

I can't thank you enough. My one (faint) issue is that having to run a contact all the way through to get a story arc seems like a bit much, especially at the lower levels where you're lucky to squeeze in all your story arcs as it is. Maybe when you gain the ability to call the contact? Eh, that's off in the distance. For right now, my FF def can go about her business and not expect to get randomly mashed, while my scrapper can turn it up a notch or 2 (or 3 or 4 if I'm feeling whippy). This really is the best of both worlds. Thanks States!

RavenStorm, thanks for the info! Babbage is Officially Bugged, you're Officially Looking Into It, and it'll get fixed when it gets fixed. I know not to spend my time hunting through Boomtown looking for Babbage, that's good enough for me.
