Well ultimates, as in the comic line, just seem to be a reworking of the original. With that as the basis, Ultimate TA can look like anything, possibly not different looking at all but have gotten his powers differently. I use the term ultimate as a way to describe the character at the peak of his power. Like so : Quake

As do I but it's more for painting nature scenes on glass. Or making photo albums and memory books. Drawing? *snicker* Yeah right. Besides, making ladies drool isn't really my cup of tea anyway.
