Nerf PvP however you want to. Nerfing a solid and FUN PvE is assinine.

To some extent, I agree. I pay $15 a month for the fun of being a superhero. Hypothetically, say you were a superhero in real life. I doubt when your done taking down a bunch of thugs do you look up into the sky and say "Hey God, I think I did a little TOO good. Can you lessen my abilities a little?"

What WOULD be the drawback to getting rid of Fly's accuracy debuff? "Ooo, I hit my enemies a little more than usual, I'm WAY too overpowered." Pfft, yea right.
